I've gotten into the habit of exercising every day and also going for walks. I feel much better (before, my body felt tense and I had less energy), so I'll continue doing this type of activity.
They say it's a good idea to take 15-minute breaks every 45 minutes of being on the computer. It's something I'm very mindful of now.
