The Struggle for Funding and Maintenance

Over the past year, HiveBuzz has faced significant challenges due to a lack of funding. Thanks to the dedication of @arcange, the project was kept alive and continued to serve the community. However, with his many other commitments to Hive and personal responsibilities, it became difficult for him to devote the same energy and focus as before. As a result, HiveBuzz entered a phase of simply humming along — being maintained, but without the drive to introduce fresh ideas or new developments.

But a new chapter begins

A Fresh Leadership for HiveBuzz

We are happy to announce that @soleon will be joining the HiveBuzz team as the new Project Manager.

After discovering Hive and HiveBuzz through her meeting with @arcange, she was instantly captivated by both projects and their potential.

With her enthusiasm, vision, and determination, she proposed to take HiveBuzz to the next level, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her on board.

@soleon will now lead HiveBuzz, bringing her strong background in community management and marketing. Her mission is to breathe new life into HiveBuzz, grow engagement, and make the project even more fun and rewarding for everyone in the Hive ecosystem.

@arcange will remain part of the team, continuing to provide his technical expertise, gamification know-how, and deep Hive knowledge to support the project’s evolution.

Together, they form a powerful duo combining creativity, strategy, and technical excellence.

• Boost visibility and communication through regular updates, the promotion of new challenges, and initiatives designed to keep Hive users engaged and informed.
• Support HiveBuzz’s proposal campaign, making clear why HiveBuzz matters for Hive’s growth and making sure the community’s voices are heard during the funding process.
• Finally, her work will include building bridges across Hive by connecting with other projects, newcomers, and long-time Hivers to highlight the value HiveBuzz brings to everyone.
