My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2025

Wanting to work out is one thing, decision is another thing, determination to stick to the decision is another, then comes the hard one, consistency which is the master of all. No matter how little one has to keep pushing, no matter how well one has to keep on. Keeping fit and remaining fit is not a day job, it is a continuous process in which the main goal is to live a healthier lifestyle, a sportsmanship lifestyle, a sexy lifestyle.

When I do my workout, I do not look at the clock or timer, I know what to do and when to switch from one exercise to another, I know when to take my ten(ten) seconds break among other things. And, when it is the time to stop for the day I know it. This is because I have built my mind to master all these things. Though I might to be 100% (hundred percent ) accurate, but I am always close. This has been my daily activities.
