My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2025

Today started my workday as every Saturday.

I could only register more than 7 thousand Actifit steps because I forgot to confirm that my app is turned on, unfortunately it was not there and I realized it too late.

But we still managed 7 thousand steps and we are still on the move with Actifit 🏃🏻

7000 is pretty good man. I managed to walk more but I feel tired after those. Maybe I should start low and keep increasing every week.

That's right, my friend, it's very tiring. Today I have another walk just as long or longer. But that's what I prepare for at the beginning of the week, that's why I walk every day.

Before I had a very sedentary routine and I only moved on Saturdays and Sundays, I ended up exhausted.

Ahora con las caminatas diarias el sábado y domingo es cansado Pero es normal.
