My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2023
Today I was working in my medical office.
It was a rather busy day. I saw a good number of patients.
Nothing overly exciting but mostly routine follow up.
I am starting to see more colds and a fair amount of strep throat.
So far, no influenza, but in due time I reckon.
I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity in today.
