He visto a personas que ganan mucho aquí, decir: "Yo aporto con mi contenido". También lo dicen algunos que no reciben muchos votos y lo hacen desde el resentimiento. "Me merezco más apoyo porque yo aporto X tiempo en mis publicaciones".

Llevo tiempo reflexionando sobre el asunto. Es cierto que una blockchain necesita transacciones. Se podría decir que algunas son más valiosas que otras. Unas son capaces de mover el precio del Hive, otras capaces de ponernos a todos a comentarlas. Es por eso que se debería profundizar más en el tema, antes de decir "No, no aportas con tu contenido".

En cuanto al aporte a Hive, no hay blanco y negros; también hay grises y son la mayoría. Así que podríamos decir que el aporte a Hive va desde un mínimo, hasta un máximo. Enomeraré las formas de aportar a Hive y comentar un poco.

• Invertir (Comprar Hive y tenerlo como HP). Tener HBD en ahorros.
• Curar, compartir tu HP votando a otros creadores, manteniendo el VP por debajo del 100%
• Witness, ayudar al mantenimiento de la red.
• Tener un nodo.
• Onboarding, atraer a usuarios, inversores, desarrolladores, exchanges.
• Desarrollar dapps en la blockchain.
• Crear modelos de negocio.
• Educación sobre Hive.
• Administrar comunidades que impulsen a los creadores.
• Interactuar con otros usuarios, motivándolos a seguir.

Si consideras que me falta algún punto, me avisas...

Como podemos ver, hay muchas formas de aportar valor a Hive y todas tienen sus niveles. No es lo mismo que invierta $50 en HP, que $5000. No es lo mismo que mis publicaciones no las vea nadie y no reciba interacciones, que posts con muchas vistas y comentarios. No es lo mismo traer a "Pedrito" para que publique sus salidas a tomar café, que traer a un Youtuber de 500K suscriptores. No es lo mismo que Pedrito se quede publicando todos los díass y aprendiendo de Hive por años, que el Youtuber dure dos días y se vaya.

Como vemos hay demasiados factores en la ecuación. Asegurar que aportas tanto a Hive y mereces tanto, es solo soberbia. Eso debería decidirlo la comunidad. Al igual que si creas tu producto, es el mercado el que decide. Puede que valga mucho para ti, pero quieres venderlo al mercado.

Con respecto a los creadores que dicen, que aportan con su contenido; siento que se sobrevolaran. Muy poco contenido aquí, lo veo como de gran calidad. No digo que no haya gente que sepa escribir, dibujar o tomas fotos, pero algo que crea que es WOW, muy poco. Es ese tipo de contenido que hace, que otros quieran venir a verlo y que se creen una cuenta en Hive para poder comentarlo.

Puedes recibir muchos votos, o votos con mucho poder, pero eso no significa que el contenido sea un WOW y cuando digo esto me incluyo. Los que tenemos votos, la mayoría de las veces es porque aprendimos a jugar el juego de Hive, porque recibir votos es un cúmulo de variables que hay que saber combinar.

Creo que me estoy desviando del tema, hacia la calidad del contenido y eso da para mil post más jajaja. Lo que vinimos a hablar es sobre el aporte a Hive. Cada uno podrá leer esos puntos y sincerarse en cuánto aporta a Hive.

Pero la pregunta es...

¿Por qué tengo que aportar a Hive?

Este es un ecosistema colaborativo. No estás en una plataforma centralizada, donde una empresa decide y reparte beneficios entre los creadores. Aquí cada uno se hace así mismo, compartiendo con otros. Es un sistema que nos necesita a todos, por su naturaleza descentralizada. Esto no quiere decir que tengas que hacer todos esos puntos para aportar. Cada quien aporta desde sus talentos. Lo que sí es verdad, es que debemos hacer más que en otro lugar, porque este lugar nos pertenece.

Es por esto que el sistema está diseñado, para que cuando ganamos recompensas, la mitad sea en HP, para compartir con otros creadores y ganar dinero en el proceso. Es demasiado bello cada vez que lo pienso y a veces no entiendo como muchos no lo ven. Por eso la importancia de acumular HP y que todos crezcamos.

También es importante el efecto de red y referir a otras personas; mostrando lo que Hive ha hecho por nosotros. Solo imagina que dos personas vengan gracias a ti y que con esas dos vengan cuatro y así. No es un multinivel, no es un ponzi, a nadie se le obliga a invertir. La mayoría llega gratis y solo gana y gana. Desde que conocí esto, me sentí en la obligación de compartirlo para que ayude a más personas. No ha sido fácil, ya que la mayoría no está dispuesta a quedarse con constancia.

Al ser un lugar descentralizado, no podemos delegar la responsabilidad de crecer a nadie en específico. Cada uno deberá hacerse responsable en aportar sus talentos para que esto funcione. Si quieres que tu cuenta valga más, aporta más.

Hive es tu empresa, por eso te necesita. Mientras más le aportes, más te dará. Pero no midas con lupa lo que aportas y te da; solo hazlo con entusiasmo a lo que juntos estamos construyendo.

It is not the same that my publications are not seen by anyone and receive no interactions, than posts with many views and comments. It is not the same to bring in “Pedrito” to publish his coffee outings, than to bring in a Youtuber with 500K subscribers. It is not the same for Pedrito to stay posting every day and learning from Hive for years, than for the Youtuber to last two days and leave.

As we can see there are too many factors in the equation. To claim that you bring so much to Hive and deserve so much is just hubris. That should be up to the community to decide. Just like if you create your product, it's up to the market to decide. It may be worth a lot to you, but you want to sell it to the market.

Regarding the creators who say, they contribute with their content; I feel like they overbook themselves. Very little content here, I see as high quality. I'm not saying there aren't people who can write, draw or take pictures, but something that I think is WOW, very little. It's that kind of content that makes, others want to come see it and create an account on Hive so they can comment on it.

You can get a lot of votes, or votes with a lot of power, but that doesn't mean the content is WOW and when I say that I include myself. Those of us who have votes, most of the time it is because we learned how to play the Hive game, because receiving votes is an accumulation of variables that you have to know how to combine.

I think I'm straying from the topic, towards the quality of the content and that gives for a thousand more posts hahaha. What we came here to talk about is the contribution to Hive. Everyone will be able to read those points and be honest about how much they contribute to Hive.

But the question is...

Why do I have to contribute to Hive?

This is a collaborative ecosystem. You are not on a centralized platform, where a company decides and distributes profits among the creators. Here everyone makes himself, sharing with others. It is a system that needs all of us, because of its decentralized nature. This does not mean that you have to make all those points to contribute. Everyone contributes from their talents. What is true is that we must do more than elsewhere, because this place belongs to us.

This is why the system is designed, so that when we earn rewards, half of it is in HP, to share with other creators and earn money in the process. It's too beautiful every time I think about it and sometimes I don't understand how many don't see it. That's why the importance of accumulating HP and for all of us to grow.

Also important is the networking effect and referring other people; showing what Hive has done for us. Just imagine that two people come thanks to you and with those two come four and so on. It is not a multilevel, it is not a ponzi, no one is forced to invest. Most people come for free and just earn and earn. Since I knew about this, I felt the obligation to share it to help more people. It has not been easy, as most are not willing to stay with constancy.

Being a decentralized place, we cannot delegate the responsibility of growing to anyone in specific. Everyone must take responsibility for contributing their talents to make this work. If you want your account to be worth more, contribute more.

Hive is your company, that's why it needs you. The more you contribute, the more it will give you. But don't measure with a magnifying glass what you contribute and it gives you; just do it with enthusiasm for what we are building together.
