Between walks and coffee:an afternoon to remember🌇
Greetings and blessings, my dear friends at #lifestyle.
During these Holy Week days, after a walk through the city, we treated ourselves to a delicious snack. The sky had surprised us with a gentle sunset, painted in shades of pink and gold, while the silhouettes of the trees and buildings gradually grew darker.
Amidst that scenery, one of my favorite sights of the day was seeing the Minor Basilica of Lourdes peeking out on the horizon, elegant and serene. It makes me feel something special to spot it from different points in the city, as if it were always there, keeping me company. It’s a view I never tire of, and one that always invites me to linger just a little longer.
At some point, I’ll share more photos with you from different angles, because it’s truly worth taking in the majesty of this basilica, which serves as a gathering place here in Bogotá.

En estos dĂas de Semana Santa, despuĂ©s de una caminata por la ciudad, nos regalamos una merienda deliciosa. El cielo nos habĂa sorprendido con un atardecer suave, pintado en tonos rosados y dorados, mientras las siluetas de los árboles y los edificios se iban oscureciendo poco a poco.
En medio de ese paisaje, una de mis imágenes favoritas del dĂa fue ver cĂłmo la BasĂlica Menor de Lourdes se asomaba en el horizonte, elegante y serena. Me hace sentir algo especial encontrarla desde distintos puntos de la ciudad, como si siempre estuviera ahĂ, acompañando. Es una vista que nunca me cansa, y que siempre me invita a detenerme un momento más.
En algĂşn momento les voy a compartir más fotografĂas desde diferentes ángulos, porque de verdad vale la pena disfrutar la majestuosidad de esta basĂlica, que es punto de encuentro para aquĂ en Bogotá.

Then, once we were seated, the coffees arrived. The steaming cups on the wooden table, with their creamy foam and that hint of cinnamon or cocoa dusted on top, made everything feel so cozy. The aroma was irresistible, and the first sip was simply perfect. This delicious coffee was the perfect way to end a very special afternoon.
I love how these little plans turn into such beautiful memories: good company, something delicious to share, and a city that always has something to offer.
Bogotá has that magic!
Luego, ya sentados, llegaron los cafés. Las tazas humeantes sobre la mesa de madera, con espuma cremosa y ese toque de canela o cacao espolvoreado hace todo más acogedor. El aroma era irresistible, y el primer sorbo, simplemente perfecto. Este delicioso café se volvió el cierre ideal para una tarde muy especial.
Me encanta cĂłmo estos pequeños planes se convierten en recuerdos tan bonitos: una buena compañĂa, algo rico para compartir y una ciudad que siempre tiene algo que mostrar.
¡Bogotá tiene esa magia!
