THE ESTABLISHMENT

Welcome to my second day of Savage Garden theme, today we have this song I WANT YOU as our music of the day. There are two things that I like about this song from this Australian duo.

1. Unique UPBEAT

Most of Savage Garden songs are a bit romantic ballad style. It's about heartfelt lyric and melody. However it's totally different with this song. And the same as their other singles or songs, they were the one who wrote the song themselves.

I Want You is catchy and has an upbeat track. It's their breakout hits, which they released in USA 1997 and got massive response from the market. It did not hit the top #1 spot in billboard top 100 however it got the #1 single in Canada in the same year. This was the song that established their presence in the music industry.

2. JOJO BIZARRE OST

I Want You was featured as the ending theme of one of the sequel of Jojo's Bizzare Adventure. It's their fourth part (season) with the tittle Diamond is Unbreakable. Jojo is one of the longest Manga or Anime that ever exist. A Lot longer than Naruto, and I do not know if One Peace can beat them later or not in term of chapters or content.

The reasons they chose this song as their ending OST was because the manga artist, Hiroko Araki said:

Everyday I encourage people to buy pack... yes buy packs and open them. The common question is which one is better, buying packs or buying cards directly from other players? Personally I prefer buying cards directly over buying packs. because it gives more precision on stats building. This leaves zero waste,for example sometime we get good cards from packs but we do not need those.
