Time: Risk, Reward, Success & Failure.

A large percentage of man's biggest problems will be solved if he can see the future, but then, this ability, if bestowed to us will create bigger problems.

The ripple effect of having such a gift will create discourse, and it would have been better if we remained in the dark, working with the details we have and bereft of any futuristic endeavors that might have a direct impact on our lives and actions.

Knowledge is a gift, but sometimes we fail to acknowledge the bliss that comes with ignorance. For example, a lot of people want to have access to futuristic knowledge, to save themselves wastage of time and effort.

Wastage Is inevitable

Some people want to know if they can go ahead to invest in their partner, and whether or not the people they're planning to invest in will not betray them.

Some people want to know the tendency of being successful before they go into any business venture. Most of the time, uncertainty creates a reluctance.

Not understanding the kinds of expectations we might encounter, makes it difficult to dive into things we do not know their length, breadth, or depth. The way we're designed creates or establishes flaws in a perfect design. When it comes to evolution, some of the problems we've solved are the ones that create bigger uncertainties.

Uncertainties Will Exist Forever

However, I believe that the human experience is causal, irrespective of the fact that it's flawed.

For example, knowing success or failure before we embark on a venture takes away the beauty of experience. The knowledge we acquire by being in a different position, other than the ones we actually planned for cannot be replaced.

It's inevitable, we're going to encounter failure, irrespective of how badly we try to prevent it, and, we might experience massive success too, depending on the degree of effort we put in.

Every experience has a role it plays in our mental and psychological development.

However, no one wants to know pain, the lessons can be damned, or the knowledge that comes with it, but we have no say, in the way life weaves and yarns. This can be paradoxical.

Most of the ugly things we experience create diverse elements on the course of the beautiful things we are meant to experience.

Sometimes, we cannot measure success or failure by being predictive or calculative, based on the factors available and the things we can recognize. We never had the power to make the most important decision in our life; being born.

But we mostly go ahead to appreciate life as a magnanimous gift of consciousness that's bestowed on us, irrespective of the circumstances that surround our existence.

Freely were we given

......but we mostly appreciate life as a ride that eventually ends, even if we do not know when our journeys might come to an end. I think every time we feel we've wasted, comes with a subconscious gift of knowledge that we mostly underrate.

It's true that sometimes, we make mistakes by following the long road, instead of the shorter and cheaper way, It's also true that we might waste resources, effort, and time which we do not have too much of.

Wired To See Firstly See Failure

The losses we can easily count, make us ignore the gains that are visible enough to see

This is normal

We're wired to see firstly see our failures, especially if we set out in life to completely win, and win abundantly too. It's the crypto bear market at the moment and there are people who are hoping to just see a glimpse of mid or late 2024.

This knowledge might drive them to invest, but unfortunately, this is not possible. Most of the time, the gains we acquire are a sacrifice of the uncertainty we choose to bet on.

Everyone eventually chooses their demons, some people will choose not to invest. They might be right in their disposition, but it's only time that makes people gurus, or failures.

True, if we finally had the ability to know whether to venture into something or not, we would lose the experience we would gain from the failure that comes with it.

Most times, failure causes a man to hunger for success because of the experience he has gained from failing. He has gained knowledge of the path that leads to failure and will definitely know what to do next when a similar experience comes along.

Failure grooms us, and being grateful for the knowledge or experience, no matter how bitter, opens our eyes towards the opportunity laying right before us. We would be prepared, and this time, we are a step higher because of the failure we last experienced.

Exactly, failure grooms people. Although the process hurts and we might encounter excruciating pain that come from losing, but losing, failure are inevitable. However, when we take cognisance of our lives, we can turn our failures into lessons which can even impact others.

Knowing the future can come it's it's advantages, but it's never meant to be and ignorance can be bliss as well.

Wouldn't all of us like to? Hahaha it's however a privilege that's not really accorded to us as humans

Knowing time is one thing that man can only wish for, the beauty of living for me comes with those uncertainties and once we can predict what the future holds, it's really going to make our lives feel worthless.

I've seen a lot of persons that went to seek after what they future holds for them, if they see it's something good, they go for it but once it's something unpleasant they try to look for ways to change it and in that process of wanting to change it, that's when they truly make what was foreseen come to pass.

I enjoyed my read, thank you so much for sharing JJ 🥰.

We cannot have the gift of knowing or predicting our future. Externally, the universe will be chaotic and personally, our experiences will not be unique. We learn from being failures as well as learn from being successful. It's important not to neglect the knowledge we gain from failing in life. Some of the lessons we learn from failure subconsciously impacts us in ways we might not know.

All in all, our creator, knows and have designed us in the most perfect way. What we deem important, might just ruin us.

Hahaha I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I love that conclusion, indeed our creator has created us in the best way but a lot of is won't understand this just yet.

Nicely said, wastage of time and failure is inevitable for sure.. most of us don't do things thinking it might be a total waste of time and than later it becomes a regret.

I've said to myself give things a try no matter if I fail.. it will give something to learn and experience comes with it is better than regret about it.

there are people who are hoping to just see a glimpse of mid or late 2024.

I'm one of those.. last 2 years have taught many things and really wanna improvise next time when there's a bull run or bear market.. hopefully, out of uncertainty we'll one-day gonna make wiser decisions from present experiences.

No one wants to waste time and resources especially when we think we don't have enough of those. However, wastage is inevitable, but we do not acknowledge or appreciate the valuable lessons we learn from these experiences

Well, we won't know what will happen next year, or even ending of next year leading to 2025. We can only hope and speculate. However, many people do not like this speculation and this is exactly why they choose to know what the future holds in Crypto holds before they can make any moves. Sadly, it's not like this. Hopefully it'll work out for us all, the way we've planned it.

Very True, more like do same mistake over again and neglect those lessons. It's all about being responsible.

However, many people do not like this speculation and this is exactly why they choose to know what the future holds in Crypto holds before they can make any moves. Sadly, it's not like this.

Yea, I'm not sure either and indeed it's all based on speculations and willing to take risk or stay sidelines.

Those are only two choices and hard pills to swallow but well as the years are passing by I believe the rate of success in crypto is decreasing and it's gonna be tough in 2024-2025.

You have said it right. Failure is inevitable and that is why we must learn from it and grow to be a better person as life proceeds and offers to us

It's inevitable, and it forms an integral aspect of our development as humans.

This is nice. Humans are uncertain that is why they always say we are insatiable. Great write up.

I think that’s it’s important to have experience and failure, it teaches us a much better lesson than if we knew the outcome ahead of time. That would be boring to know how it all could play out!

Exactly, however we tend to focus only on the pain or consequences of failure simply because of what it has cost us. However, even the tragic things in our lives plays a key role in defining us.

We fail to acknowledge the bliss that comes from ignorance.hahahaha this reminded me of the saying that what you don't know won't kill you.

The first picture that cross my mind was the picture of wife going through her husband's phone to know of he is cheating.

When she eventually finds out truth...

Hahahahah

Eventually, what we know might still kill us, but not knowing it might (kill us) can afford us the opportunity to keep striving for our lives, irrespective of what might eventually become of us. The ripple effect of just knowing all things comes with unimaginable consequences.

I share your opinion on the opportunities and risk management to reach an outcome that can be good or bad.
It will get easier for most if the blueprint is kept unadulterated to pass on with the possibility to emprove.

Yes, whether good or bad, there's no need to live with some of the information that'll make living lose it's essence in general.

Hmm, this is so deep and a big, fat truth. This is part of what life has thrown at us as humans, and that is why life gets to have something, especially when we indulge in things that are profitable. The fear of not knowing what it will become scares us away and draws us back from achieving that aim and growth.

I sometimes wish I had the power to see what the future holds, lol, but that isn't possible because we all just have to keep aspiring and longing till that time comes.

It's a gift in disguise. Most of the things we feel we cannot do is not all that gloom and doom. The creator perfectly created us, with abilities, reach and limitations, so I basically feel that not having certain knowledge is not completely a bad thing.

Yeah, actually, that is why we have to learn something's because we do not have the ability to do them.

Most of the ugly things we experience create diverse elements on the course of the beautiful things we are meant to experience.

Life's troubles and difficult moments often refine us in ways we might not see meaning to at first. Just like you said, if we are giving the opportunity to see what our future holds, everything won't be any spice in twist of life.

Embracing life's ups and downs, can give us to strength, wisdom, and open us the appreciate the things life has to offer.

Apart from spice, there's the danger and futility of having some information in our lives. For example, tragedy is inevitable, if people were to know of tragic events in their lives, it'll be difficult to see an essence to living or existing. Ignorance is bliss, as life's meant to be fully experienced without any prior knowledge.

That's thought provoking aspects of life. Truly, embracing life's uncertainties can make the journey more meaningful, giving us sense of purpose.

Knowing what the future holds will definitely remove much of the beauty of life. I think the uncertainty is what makes the journey exciting and worthwhile. Besides, not knowing what the future will bring gives us the choice to decide which path to take and deal with the effects that come with it.

It's scary, as well as beautiful at the same time. However, I believe life losses it's beauty and essence when we're equipped with some kind of knowledge. It ruins the essence of living, the hustle and the beauty of just naturally living.

Indeed. It may seem a bit like a paradox but ignorant people are often more happy than people who have much knowledge. Sometimes, knowledge is akin to a heavy burden that we bear on our shoulders.

You are very right.
I have never seen a human being who has never failed but cinstsant failure us the bad thing here.
And if we see what's gonna happen in the future, we have stylishly created a very big problem for ourselves.

Everything has a risk and we are all doing various choices because there is only so much time. There is opportunity cost and I agree that not everything will be success. People should just learn from those failures and I agree that we should also look back on what we succeeded on.
