20,000 Leo Token Delegation

The power of community driven platforms is undeniable and the only reason why many Crypto Currencies succeed is not because of the project but rather the community that underpins it and Leo finance is no exception. It is because of our continued growth and community backing that our platform is successful.

Leo Power Up Day an event celebrated by our remarkable community is an occasion to showcase the impact of the Leo Finance community including content creators and supporters. I am a dedicated member of the Leo finance community, and super excited when I saw the news that I had won the 20,000 Leo Token delegation for three weeks. an incredible boost not only to me stake but my ability to curate other content creators articles.
Incentives continue to entice people to provide quality content and remain engaged with Leo Finance and now with an additional 20,000 Leo tokens for three weeks I will be able to contribute more to my Favourite decentralised journalists as well as support new comers on the platform.

Starting out is always a big part and I remember my first day, you get super excited when you see someone with a big stack upvote your work. It is a form of validation that the work your doing is wanted, of quality and you have positively contributed to the platform.

What is delegation?

This might be the first time you’re coming across this form of community participation and for those that don’t know, leo finance enables used to delegate their Leo Power what this means is that you can send your tokens to someone else without giving away ownership. Kind of like lending your friend your car, he/she can drive it and take it wherever but you still own the deed to it as it is registered to you. Except the Leo tokens are registered to your account.

This means you can set time limits on how long someone can use your Leo Power for and even withdraw it a lot sooner if they are misusing your tokens. While the person has those tokens delegated to their account they will be able to participate and earn as if those tokens were theirs.

Delegation is a fantastic way to share wealth around the platform and enable others to earn rather than having single accounts hold onto all the tokens and earn the majority of income which can sometimes be negatively seen.

Delegation also builds trust with the community as you are fostering healthy relationships and building engagement allowing others to experience the ability to moderate the Blockchain Delegation also enables accounts to reach new members that might not be in their line of sight and grow a healthy ecosystem.

20,000 Delegation Winner

“With great power, comes great responsibility” – Uncle Ben. I was fortunate enough to win the 20,000 Leo Token delegation in this months LPUD day and it came as a total surprise to me. I know these contests often run but it is a bit like Lotto, you don’t expect to win. With that in mind it is time to pick up my engagement a lot more. While I have been regularly reading and curating content, I haven’t been commenting as much.

As many of you have seen I am competing in a body building competition so that has consumed a lot of my time and I have been regularly providing 750+ word articles focused on current trending content to get more people across to our wonderful platform. It’s actually quite hard to pull together 750 Words on a regular basis, but we manage to pull it together most days, sometimes even exceeding the 750 words.

But I will be out in force reading through a lot of content and curating the good quality ones, I will also provide upvotes to new people who have put in effort and I can see have actually attempted not just thrown together words but actually put time and effort in and gave it a crack.
