180 Hive Power Up and Uphold hosts XRP airdrop

Goooood morning Hive I hope you're all having a wonderful day, it's Friday here in the land down under and it's probably just clicked over to the first for many of you. I can not explain the anxiety Hive Power Up Day Causes as the time for it to kick over for me is typically 10am.

Thats a whole 10 hours into the first day of the month that I need to wait and HODL my Hive in order to Power up. There's a lot of thoughts around is it enough? Should I do more, should I sell some?

But no, this month was a little different as I set a goal to add more Hive to my Power and I have been slowly trying to time the market buying low selling high to grow back my position.

It's been a little while but I am getting there, not too far off where I was pre the great crash and cleanse.

So I've been working to get back up to the previous hold while also ensuring I meet tax obligations as that was a little nasty the first time.

Down is up

I think I've learned over the years that markets operate completely different to what I initially thought many years ago. I remember first getting involved thinking like everyone else, just rock up, throw down $100 an then wait for Lambo.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way as over time markets go up and they go down. If I had of played a strong game at the start I would have been in a better position now.

But live and learn.

Uphold Airdrop
