Slavery was a common global practice until it was largely abolished in the 19th and 20th centuries, mainly due to the efforts of Anglo-American forces. However, it still persists in certain areas today.
Do you think that GAFAM corporations spying our every move, every transaction and decision, are slowly re-establishing slavery by exploiting our whole lives in order to make profits without paying us anything?
That's an interesting take. I’d say GAFAM’s data exploitation is more like digital feudalism than slavery—profiting off our info without fair compensation. Web3 could be a way to reclaim control tho

Preparing a wholesome meal after a long day can sometimes feel daunting, but with the right recipes, dinner can be both easy and satisfying. Today’s focus is on tray bake recipes—simple, one-pan dishes perfect for weeknight dinners that require minimal effort without sacrificing flavor.
The concept behind tray bakes is straightforward: you combine all your ingredients in a single baking dish, pop it into the oven, and let it cook while you unwind. No complicated preparations or multiple pots—a true time-saver that leaves you with a home-cooked meal ready to enjoy after a busy day. The process involves just gathering your ingredients, tossing them together, and baking, making it ideal for effortless dinners.
The first featured recipe is a baked dish inspired by the creaminess of risotto. It begins with chopping vegetables like tomatoes, leeks, and onions, which are then transferred into a baking dish. The dish includes short grain rice (perfect for risotto), buttery cannellini beans, nutritional yeast flakes for a cheesy flavor, bay leaves, olive oil, chili flakes, and optional dried dill.
To amplify the flavor, a broth is prepared by dissolving vegetable bouillon cubes in boiling water and pouring it over the ingredients. Covering the dish with foil, it’s baked at 390°F (200°C) for about an hour, until the rice reaches a perfect al dente texture.
Just before serving, a quick lemon and dill dressing is prepared by mixing fresh dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Once the dish is out of the oven, the bay leaves are removed, and the lemon-dill dressing is drizzled over everything with gentle stirring. The final flourish is sprinkled with roasted pine nuts to add a crunch. The result is a creamy dish with a bright, fresh flavor profile, where the lemon and dill evoke a subtle seafood note that’s especially delightful for dill lovers.
Next is a plant-based twist on the traditional North African and Middle Eastern shakshuka. This dish is also baked in the oven, making it incredibly easy to prepare. It starts with a baking dish filled with diced tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, onions, minced garlic, and minced chili peppers—spice levels can be adjusted to taste.
Flavoring is enhanced with tomato paste, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, olive oil, and salt. After mixing, the dish is baked for approximately 30 minutes.
To mimic the classic eggs, a mixture of black salt (kala namak), turmeric for color, and soft silken tofu are used. The tofu slices are coated with the spice mixture and layered on top of the baked tomato mixture, then returned to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Once baked, the tofu pieces are pressed into the sauce, and the dish is finished with a generous sprinkle of za’atar—a fragrant spice blend—alongside fresh cilantro.
Accompaniments
Serve the shakshuka with warm toasted pita bread, perfect for scooping up every delicious bite. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice adds brightness, bringing all the flavors together into a hearty yet light meal suitable for any weeknight craving.
For a Tex-Mex inspired option, the recipe for barbecue-flavored cauliflower and chickpeas stuffed into tortillas is a hit. The preparation starts with cutting cauliflower into small florets, slicing sweet potatoes and bell peppers thinly, and placing everything on a lined baking tray. Canned chickpeas are added along with a generous amount of barbecue sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
The tray bake is then baked at 390°F (200°C) for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and flavors meld together. After baking, a quick toss in additional barbecue sauce elevates the dish.
Serve the roasted vegetables inside warmed tortillas with optional toppings like avocado slices or onion rings. A simple homemade ranch sauce—yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning—complements the smoky vegetables perfectly. This dish is ideal for a family dinner where everyone can assemble their own tacos, making for a fun and interactive meal.

Delicious and Nutritious: Wholesome Breakfast Recipes That Will Brighten Your Morning
Starting the day with a hearty and healthy breakfast is essential for fueling your body and mind. Today’s lineup of recipes is designed to do just that—delivering flavor, nutrients, and simplicity in every bite. From plant-based frittatas to velvety porridges and cheesecake-inspired toast, these dishes are perfect for anyone looking to elevate their morning routine effortlessly.
One of the standout recipes is a plant-based frittata, a savory dish that's incredibly satisfying and packed with fresh vegetables. Traditionally an egg-based Italian dish, this creative version uses chickpea flour to mimic the texture and taste of eggs, making it naturally gluten-free and high in protein. The key flavor enhancer is Kellana Mac, a favorite ingredient among the creator, which adds depth and umami.
To prepare, the chef chops a ripe tomato, grates half a zucchini, and adds aromatic basil to the batter. The wet mixture consists of chickpea flour, baking powder, water, and Kellana Mac, whisked vigorously for smoothness. The chopped veggies and a handful of frozen peas are folded into the batter, which is then cooked in olive oil until golden.
Cooking involves covering the pan to ensure even heat, flipping the frittata carefully, and finishing on the other side. The final presentation is visually appealing, especially when flipped onto a plate. For toppings, the favorite options include plant-based yogurt, creamy avocado slices, basil, and a sprinkle of chili flakes. This dish is versatile enough for breakfast, brunch, or any meal of the day, embodying wholesome comfort and flavor.
For a sweet variation that feels indulgent yet remains healthy, the recipe features a rich chocolate buckwheat porridge. Buckwheat groats come in two varieties: raw and roasted (kasha). The roasted version is preferred here for its deep brown hue and toasted flavor, which enhances the dish’s chocolate notes.
The process begins by simmering buckwheat kasha in plant-based milk—either oat or soy—until tender, about 15 minutes. The cooked kasha is then mashed, and a ripe banana is added to naturally sweeten the mixture. To amp up the chocolate flavor, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, tahini (or another nut/seed butter), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a dash of maple syrup are incorporated.
Letting the porridge sit under a lid for an additional five minutes allows the flavors to meld and the grains to soften further, resulting in a creamy, almost pudding-like consistency. Topped with fruit or nuts, this buckwheat porridge offers an excellent gluten-free alternative to traditional oatmeal, rich in fiber, antioxidants, and essential minerals such as copper, magnesium, and iron.
Cheesecake on Toast: Refreshing Berry and Vegan Ricotta
The final dish offers a decadent, dessert-inspired breakfast that feels indulgent but is entirely plant-based. It features a luscious berry compote paired with whipped vegan ricotta spread over toasted bread. To make the ricotta, the creator blends firm pressed tofu, coconut cream, vegan Greek-style yogurt, lemon zest and juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth—resulting in a tangy, creamy spread that rivals traditional ricotta.
Simmered berries provide a vibrant topping that’s sweet and slightly tart, cooked until they release their juices. For an extra touch, fresh lemon zest and a drizzle of maple syrup elevate the flavors. This combination creates a balanced dish that feels like a treat but is packed with plant-based goodness.
These recipes exemplify how breakfast can be both delicious and nourishing without complicated steps or ingredients. Whether you’re craving savory, sweet, or a little of both, these dishes are designed to make your mornings brighter and healthier.
As a bonus, the chef encourages viewers to leave comments and reviews after trying these recipes. Engaging feedback helps not only the creator but also inspires others to explore plant-based cooking. For more breakfast ideas, viewers are directed to additional video links and resources.
Starting your day with these wholesome options will undoubtedly set a positive tone, fueling your body and delighting your palate. So grab your ingredients, get cooking, and enjoy each nourishing bite!
In today's cooking adventure, we explore two flavorful, quick, and fuss-free dishes perfect for busy weeknights: a hearty chili and a creamy noodle bowl. Both recipes emphasize minimal dishes, maximum flavor, and wholesome ingredients, making them ideal for anyone looking to whip up something satisfying without spending hours in the kitchen.
A Cozy and Nutritious Chili
The first dish is a comforting chili that combines bold flavors with nutritional punch. The presenter emphasizes the importance of layering flavors by toasting spices and caramelizing aromatics.
Key Ingredients and Preparation
Vegetables: Finely chopped yellow onion, bell pepper, and sweet potato (with skin on for extra fiber).
Spices: Mild chili powder, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Notably, the recipe substitutes sugar with naturally sweet sweet potato, balancing acidity from tomatoes.
Base: Canned crushed tomatoes, legumes (black beans, kidney beans, and lentils), and vegetable broth cubes.
Cooking Technique
The process begins with sautéing onions until golden, then adding garlic and toasted spices to develop depth of flavor. The recipe stresses measuring out spices beforehand to prevent burning and to ensure each spice's aroma is preserved.
The caramelization of tomato paste enhances sweetness and reduces bitterness, making the chili more flavorful. After deglazing with crushed tomatoes and water, the legumes, bell pepper, sweet potato, and broth are added, then simmered uncovered for about 30 minutes. During cooking, stirring every few minutes and occasionally tasting helps build the perfect consistency and flavor.
Serving Suggestions
The chili is versatile and can be enhanced with toppings like lime juice, sour cream or yogurt, pickled onions, and creamy avocado. The addition of corn can mellow the spice, ensuring it's enjoyable for spice-sensitive eaters.
The second recipe is an irresistibly creamy noodle dish that comes together in just 15 minutes, perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal.
Core Ingredients
Noodles: Fresh udon noodles.
Vegetables: Bell pepper and green onions (white/light green parts for cooking, dark green for garnish).
Protein substitute: Young jackfruit in brine, which mimics pulled pork in texture and offers a mild, neutral flavor that absorbs sauces beautifully. Tofu or vegan chicken work as alternatives.
Flavorful Sauce
The sauce blends staple pantry ingredients:
Light coconut milk for creaminess.
Natural peanut butter for richness.
Soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic, lime juice, chili oil or hot sauce, and optional ginger for depth and heat.
Cornstarch and water help thicken the sauce upon heating.
Cooking Method
Start by sautéing the bell pepper and jackfruit until fragrant. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a jar, shake well, and then pour into the pan with the vegetables and jackfruit.
Add the fresh udon noodles directly into the pan, along with the green onion whites. Cook for a few minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the sauce and break apart slightly, creating a luscious, creamy texture. Top with crispy fried onions, toasted sesame seeds, and garnish with green onion dark green ribbons for added color and crunch.
The dish's sweetness from the jackfruit complements the richness of the peanut butter and coconut milk, while the spice adds a touch of heat. It’s a delicious, quick, and satisfying meal that embodies comfort food in a bowl.
Why These Recipes Shine
Both dishes exemplify the beauty of one-pot cooking — minimal cleanup, maximum flavor, and a focus on wholesome ingredients. These recipes are adaptable; you can swap ingredients based on what you have in your pantry or refrigerator, making them perfect staples for busy evenings.
The presenter also highlights how toast spices, measure ingredients beforehand, and experiment with toppings to elevate simple dishes into memorable meals.
For those craving even more quick and easy meal ideas, the creator offers links to other videos showcasing 15-minute meals and one-pot wonders. They encourage viewers to try making these dishes, share their modifications, and enjoy flavorful, nourishing food without hassle.
In conclusion, these recipes prove that weeknight dinners don’t have to be boring or complicated. With a few pantry staples and fresh vegetables, you can create delectable, wholesome meals that satisfy both your taste buds and your desire for convenience.
Nourishing Your Brain: The Power of Food to Boost Mood and Well-Being
Our emotional well-being is deeply connected to what we eat. While experiencing fluctuations in our mood is completely natural, persistent feelings of low mood can often be addressed by making mindful nutritional choices. Recently, a passionate exploration into the relationship between nutrition and brain health has shed light on the powerful impact foods can have on how we feel daily. This article dives into the science behind this connection, highlighting specific nutrients and foods that support brain chemistry and promote happiness.
The Brain-Mood Connection: Neurotransmitters and Brain Chemistry
Our brain's ability to regulate mood hinges on the delicate balance of chemicals called neurotransmitters. These tiny messengers facilitate communication within the brain and between the brain and the body. Key neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin play pivotal roles in our emotional states.
Dopamine, often labeled as the "motivation molecule," is associated with feelings of pleasure, reward, and motivation. Activities like intimacy, shopping, or even the smell of baked cookies can trigger dopamine "rushes," making us feel good.
Serotonin serves as a mood stabilizer, contributing to feelings of happiness and contentment. Adequate levels of serotonin are linked to feelings of bliss and emotional stability.
Both dopamine and serotonin are synthesized from amino acids—tyrosine for dopamine and tryptophan for serotonin. Since the body derives these amino acids from dietary proteins, consuming enough protein-rich foods is fundamental for maintaining balanced mood-related chemicals.
Protein-Rich Foods and Their Role in Mood Regulation
Ensuring a daily intake of high-quality proteins such as tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, nuts, and seeds can help provide the essential building blocks for dopamine and serotonin production. The key is to incorporate these protein sources into every meal or snack, supporting optimal neurotransmitter synthesis and preventing low mood caused by nutrient deficiencies.
B vitamins—particularly B6, B12, and folate (B9)—are crucial for creating mood-regulating neurotransmitters. These vitamins support not only the synthesis but also the regulation of serotonin and dopamine. Moreover, they are instrumental in managing homocysteine levels, an amino acid that, when elevated, is associated with increased risks of depression, dementia, and cardiovascular problems.
Sources of B vitamins include leafy greens, seeds, whole grains, and for B12 specifically, a reliable supplement is recommended, especially for those following plant-based diets. Foods like sunflower seeds, whole grains, and particularly Brazil nuts (which are rich in selenium) contribute these nutrients.
Although our brain only accounts for 2% of body weight, it consumes a significant 20% of the body's energy. Glucose, derived from carbohydrates, is the primary energy source for the brain. Opting for slow-digesting carbs such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes ensures steady glucose levels, preventing mood disturbances linked to blood sugar spikes and crashes.
Carbohydrates and Mood
Interestingly, carbohydrates play a role beyond energy; they facilitate the entry of tryptophan into the brain, boosting serotonin production. This mechanism explains why many people report feeling happier after consuming carbs—it's literally a biochemical process.
Essential Minerals and Healthy Fats Supporting Mood
An antioxidant mineral, selenium helps protect the brain from oxidative damage and supports thyroid hormone production. Adequate selenium intake is associated with reduced anxiety and depression. Food sources include sunflower seeds, whole grains, and especially Brazil nuts—just one nut offers nearly 200% of daily selenium needs. However, exceeding three nuts daily can lead to selenium toxicity, so moderation is key.
Vitamin D
Often called the "sunshine vitamin," vitamin D deficiency affects a large portion of the population—especially in months with limited sunlight. Supplementation during these periods can support mood stability.
Critical for reducing inflammation and supporting brain cell function, omega-3 fats have been linked to improved mood and reduced depression. Rich sources include chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, and algae-based supplements for those who aren’t consistently consuming omega-3-rich foods.
The Gut–Brain Axis: Prebiotics and Probiotics
Emerging research emphasizes the importance of gut health in regulating mood. The gut—often called the "second brain"—produces chemicals that influence our emotional state. Eating probiotic-rich foods like fermented vegetables and yogurt, along with prebiotic foods such as garlic, onions, and bananas, can bolster gut bacteria, positively impacting mood and mental health.
While diet plays a significant role, it is only one piece of the puzzle. If persistent low mood or depression symptoms occur, professional support can be invaluable. Talking to a therapist provides ongoing care and strategies to manage emotional health.
Supportive Resources
The article highlights the benefits of online therapy platforms like BetterHelp, which offer accessible, flexible mental health support. With licensed therapists available for chat, phone, or video sessions, seeking help becomes more convenient. The author shares personal positive experiences with such services, emphasizing their role in emotional well-being.
Choosing the right foods can significantly influence mental health and mood. Prioritizing protein, B vitamins, healthy fats, and micronutrients like selenium and vitamin D, combined with attention to gut health, can help create a biochemical environment conducive to happiness and emotional resilience.
If you're feeling persistently low, remember that nutritional strategies are a helpful foundation, but reaching out for professional support is equally important. Taking care of your mental health is a holistic process—nourish your body, seek support when needed, and prioritize self-care.

Mastering Plant-Based Pies: From Scratch to Deliciousness
Making bakery-style pies at home can be both rewarding and surprisingly simple with a little know-how. This comprehensive guide takes you through the process of creating flaky, perfectly baked apple and pumpkin pies from scratch—without using eggs or dairy, making them entirely plant-based. Whether you're a beginner or looking to elevate your baking skills, you'll find all the tips and tricks to achieve professional results.
Crafting the Perfect Plant-Based Pie Crust
The cornerstone of any great pie is its crust, and surprisingly, it’s easier to make than you might think. Using a food processor or simple hand techniques, you can combine flour, chilled vegan butter, salt, and ice water to create a tender, flaky dough.
Brush the crust with vegan whipped cream or plant-based milk and sprinkle sugar for a golden finish.
Baking note: Use a glass pie dish placed on a metal baking sheet on the oven’s lowest rack to help cook the bottom evenly. Bake for 45–55 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until golden.
Alternative Pie Styles and Decorations
You can customize your apple pie by varying lattice patterns or creating a full-cover top with slits for steam escape. An important lesson is to cut slits after brushing the top with vegan cream to prevent cracks or sealing them shut, which can trap steam and cause cracks in the crust.
Waiting to cut the pie until fully cooled ensures clean, neat slices. Serve with vegan ice cream or whipped cream for an indulgent treat.
Tip: Allow it to cool for several hours or overnight. The waiting period helps the filling firm up perfectly, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture. Serve with vegan whipped cream or decorative crust cutouts for presentation.
Tips & Tricks for Perfect Plant-Based Pies
Pre-cooking fruit fillings: Prevents excess moisture and sogginess.
Blind baking the crust: Ensures the bottom remains crisp, especially with wet fillings like pumpkin.
Chilling the dough: Keeps it flaky and prevents shrinking.
Monitoring the oven: Use a combination of glass and metal bakeware, placing the pie on the lower shelf for even cooking.
Waiting after baking: Let your pies cool fully before slicing for cleaner cuts and better texture.
Mastering pie baking from scratch opens up a world of delicious possibilities. The recipes shared—classic apple and comforting pumpkin—prove that plant-based desserts can be just as indulgent and satisfying as traditional versions. Feel free to experiment with different fruits or decorative top designs, and don't hesitate to get creative with your fillings.

A Comprehensive Recap of August to October 1915: The Expanding Chaos of World War I
For those new to our channel or longtime followers needing a refresher, we are presenting a quarterly series of recapitulations—an overview of the critical events of the past three months. Today, we delve into the months of August, September, and October 1915, a period marked by widespread turmoil and escalating conflict across multiple frontlines during World War I.
The war's chaos was at its peak in August. On the Eastern Front, Russian forces retreated throughout the summer, losing key territories such as Warsaw and Riga to the advancing German armies. The Germans, equipped with new technologies, launched intense operations, including the introduction of flamethrowers—though these weapons had been in use nearly a year.
Meanwhile, Italy was actively attempting to break through Austrian defenses along the Isonzo River for the second time. In the Ottoman Empire, the genocide of Armenians continued, with atrocities escalating in Anatolia. Far to the south, South Africa annexed German South-West Africa, signifying a widening colonial scope of the war. Naval warfare intensified as German U-boats launched unrestricted submarine attacks, sinking numerous civilian vessels in the Atlantic, effectively turning maritime commerce into perilous waters.
A significant technological milestone in August was the beginning of what became known as the "Fokker Scourge." The Germans introduced synchronized machine guns fitted into aircraft propellers, allowing pilots to fire forward through the spinning blades without hitting them. This innovation tipped aerial combat in Germany's favor and marked the dawn of fighter aircraft dominance. The first ace credited with shooting down five enemy planes, French pilot Adolphe Pégoud, emerged during this period but was killed in action on August 31.
Despite relative stability on the Western Front during August, the Eastern Front saw rapid and decisive movements. German forces captured Warsaw on August 5, ending Russian control that had lasted for over a century. As the month progressed, the Germans advanced through Livonia, capturing Ivangorod, Kaunas, Brest-Litovsk, Bialystok, and Grodno. By the end of August, their focus shifted to the Lithuanian capital Vilnius and Dvinsk (now Daugavpils), gateways to Moscow and Petrograd.
The German push resulted in the capture of approximately 1.5 million Russian soldiers during the first year of the war, highlighting the brutal defeat suffered by Russia. However, the advance was eventually halted in late September when stiffening mud and deteriorating terrain slowed their progress, allowing Russians to regroup and bolster their defenses.
The Gallipoli campaign, ongoing since April 1915, reached a critical point with intense fighting from August onward. Though the Allies launched a significant and bloody offensive from the Suvla Bay landing, including an initial success in capturing the Chunuk Bair height, Turkish forces under Mustafa Kemal (Atatürk) quickly recaptured the position. The fighting continued into September and October, with Allied forces suffering heavy casualties and facing mounting disease and exhaustion.
By late October, the campaign's prospects dimmed further, prompting discussions among British commanders about evacuating the troops. The stalemate persisted, and the campaign became increasingly costly without tangible gains.
In the mountainous terrains along the Isonzo River, Italy scored a tactical victory in mid-September, capturing some ground from Austria-Hungary. Nevertheless, neither side achieved significant territorial gains, and both suffered over 40,000 casualties in the process. The fierce combat underscored the brutal and indecisive nature of these mountain battles.
The Western Front: War of Attrition and New Horrors
The Western Front remained a relentless grind, characterized by mass offensives, heavy casualties, and devastating technological advancements. The Battle of Loos in late September marked the first large-scale use of poison gas by the British, offering initial tactical success but ultimately exposing the British command's naivety regarding German machine gun defenses, resulting in enormous losses. As a consequence, British leadership changed hands, with Sir John French replaced by Sir Douglas Haig.
French forces launched relentless attacks in Artois and Champagne through September and into November, trying to break through German lines. These offensives, though numerously supported with vast troop numbers, failed to make a decisive breakthrough and resulted in heavy casualties for both sides.
Naval Warfare and the U-Boat Campaign
Nazi Germany announced the end of its policy of unrestricted submarine warfare in late September, largely due to growing American protests over civilian ships sunk in the Atlantic. However, many submarines shifted their focus to the Mediterranean, targeting Allied supply lines and battleships, continuing the destructive U-boat campaign.
In the Middle East, British forces advanced toward Baghdad, capturing Kut al-Amara by the end of September. The campaign was part of the broader effort to control Mesopotamia and weaken the Ottoman Empire.
In the Balkans, significant developments occurred in October. Bulgaria signed an alliance with the Central Powers, motivated by territorial ambitions and the desire to acquire Serbian land. This marked the beginning of the Austro-Hungarian, German, and Bulgarian invasion of Serbia, which started in early October, leading to the fall of Belgrade. Despite the Serbian army's repeated efforts to halt the invasion, the overwhelming strength of the Central Powers forced a near-immediate surrender, and the Serbian government and civilians began a perilous retreat through the Albanian mountains.
As October turned into November, the landscape of the war became increasingly tragic and complex. French offensives relentlessly tore through the trenches in Artois and Champagne, yet strategic gains remained elusive amid mud, disease, and exhaustion.
In the east, Russian forces faced dire circumstances: their advances into Galicia and Poland were reversed in the muddy trenches and guerrilla warfare. Meanwhile, Serbian and French troops faced enormous odds against the combined Central Powers, with civilian refugees pouring into neighboring Albania to escape the devastation.
In Gallipoli, the campaign’s stalemate and mounting casualties led British officials to seriously contemplate complete evacuation, recognizing that continuation would only deepen the loss of life without strategic advantage.
The War’s Expanding Scope and Increasing Destructiveness
Throughout this period, the conflict's scope widened, involving more nations and theaters of war. New offensive strategies emerged, and the brutality of weapons intensified, with chemical weapons and innovative aircraft technologies altering the nature of combat. Tragically, millions of soldiers perished in meaningless, often anonymous violence, highlighting the war's dehumanizing toll.
This wave of destruction and chaos signifies a pivotal moment in World War I, with frontlines shifting unpredictably, alliances intensifying, and the war entering a new, more deadly phase.

Isn't it amazing how technology, like Hive, makes life easier by helping us connect, share ideas, learn, and earn in a smarter, decentralized way?
#hive #blockchain #decdecentralization #newlion
With the arrival of technology we make more dull and dependent on technology but with the arrival of AI our life effect in different ways. As it helps us but it has negative impact too.
What‘s up with #meowleo, @deathwing? @meowcurator not paying $LEO anymore for me hodling!
Did i miss an announcement?
No MEOWLEO 1:1 with $LEO anymore?
What to do with meowleos now?
You can send meowleo to the @meowleo account to convert it back to LEO. The project is still continuing, just rewards affected due to changes made by LEO team.
ok, thanks for the quick info 👍🏽 i sent my meowleos to @meowleo a second ago … all the best moving forward with the project and maybe i‘m back meowing some other time … 💪🏽🦁👍🏽
Yeah, we are trying but the changes have reduced earnings by quite a lot so minimum delegation/MEOWLEO holdings have gone up by a fair bit to get something back. Same issue with manual voting on LEO too, hard to get much back when the pool is so low.
We payout in LEO. If we paid out in Hive or another coin by selling our LEO, yes our payouts would have probably gone up or stayed the same. I've noticed smaller LEO amounts received daily since price is higher and less is getting bought back meaning curators get less LEO.
The Future of Money, AI, and Society: Insights from Jeff Booth
The Inescapable Reality of a Debt-Based System
The discussion begins with a stark warning about the nature of our current economic system—a credit-based one that hinges on exponential monetary growth. Jeff Booth emphasizes that this system cannot allow deflation, as it would cause the entire financial edifice to collapse. Banks would fail, governments would falter, and all assets would plummet to zero, leading to chaos and widespread suffering. This is because the entire mechanism operates on an illusion of stability, manipulated through relentless monetary expansion.
He describes this as a coordinated game—one deliberately designed to sustain a false sense of prosperity at the expense of the populace’s real wealth. The system’s survival depends on continually inflating the money supply, which inherently benefits the wealthy and those close to monetary power while impoverishing others. This creates a landscape of wealth disparity, often visualized as a K-shaped economy, where the top continues to thrive while the bottom is left further behind.
Booth critiques the democratic facade, asserting that in reality, the system is a control structure. Individuals believe they have a vote over their money and their future, but in truth, governments and financial institutions manipulate money without citizen consent, pulling the strings behind the scenes. This manipulation exacerbates inequality, concentrated in the hands of the few who control the money supply.
The Explosive Potential of Artificial Intelligence
Transitioning from economics to technology, Booth shares his insights into AI’s transformative power. While acknowledging AI’s incredible usefulness, he considers the more pressing concern: its impact on the economy and societal structure. AI, he argues, is arguably the most deflationary tech we’ve encountered—more so than Bitcoin or any other innovation. Its exponential advancement threatens to accelerate economic divergence, amplifying the existing K-shaped inequalities.
Booth warns that AI is a massive accelerant for the current wealth divide. As AI automates more tasks, especially in labor-intensive sectors, unemployment could surge, leaving many behind. Those who understand and leverage AI will thrive, while others risk being left in poverty. This could deepen the economic chasm unless systemic changes are made.
He emphasizes that, paradoxically, AI and technological progress tend toward deflation—prices for goods and services fall when productivity explodes. Yet the current financial system is structured to prevent this natural deflation, leading to artificial inflation and distortion of true market dynamics.
A critical principle Jeff revisits repeatedly is that the natural state of free markets is deflation. As entrepreneurs create more value and technology reduces costs, prices should constantly fall, benefiting consumers and fostering abundance.
He explains, “the cost of AI today is essentially zero,” and with its continued advancement, AI will create near-zero prices for products and services in the long run. This perpetual deflation is incompatible with a credit-based monetary system that requires ever-increasing monetary units to avoid collapse.
The Contradiction Between Deflation and Credit-based Money
The fundamental contradiction is that while free markets naturally tend toward deflation, the credit system must inject more money to sustain itself. If deflation were truly allowed to operate, it would wipe out debts, banks, and governments—catastrophic outcomes the system is designed to avoid at all costs.
Booth clarifies that governments and central banks manipulate money to prevent deflation, resulting in monopolistic behaviors and regulatory distortions. These distortions lead to the formation of monopolies that survive by working collaboratively with governments, creating systemic rigidity.
Booth advocates for Bitcoin as an imposition of discipline on the monetary system—potentially the first global, decentralized free market in history. Unlike fiat money, which is manipulated and inflated, Bitcoin operates on a protocol that is bounded by energy and designed to stay secure and decentralized indefinitely.
He envisions a future where Bitcoin’s protocol keeps prices falling in real terms, aligning with the true natural state of the free market—continuous, everlasting deflation. This would result in:
Falling asset prices (homes, goods, energy)
Reduced government power and debt
Smaller, more efficient economies rooted in real value
Booth emphasizes that, in such a system, the ability for individuals to become nodes of the network—actively participating and securing the protocol—would reinforce this discipline.
The Transition Period and Societal Impacts
A significant part of the conversation focuses on how societal transition might unfold. Booth admits that most people are still in the dark, living under the illusion of inflation and rising prices. Meanwhile, the true trend is towards deflation and technological abundance.
During this transition:
Many will misunderstand Bitcoin’s function, thinking its price in USD is an indicator of value, not recognizing the underlying deflationary trend.
Governments will try to introduce policies like Universal Basic Income (UBI)—funded by manipulating the system—aimed at stopping prices from falling, thus further entrenching inflationary distortions.
The masses, unknowing, will continue to chase inflationary assets, perpetuating cycles of boom and bust.
The Impact on Daily Life
Booth shares a vivid example: in Venezuela, Bitcoin became a vital tool for escaping hyperinflation. Citizens who adopted Bitcoin built businesses, stored value, and escaped poverty, demonstrating Bitcoin’s potential as an escape hatch from fiat failures.
In contrast, most people in fiat economies are still caught in the trap of rising prices and diminishing purchasing power. Booth points out that as the system manipulates inflation to serve the wealthy, ordinary citizens become increasingly vulnerable to devaluation of their savings and assets.
The Endgame: A Fully Decentralized Local and Global Economy
Booth envisions a scenario where:
Most of the world moves toward Bitcoin as the standard due to its disciplined, deflationary protocol.
Any residual government attempts at control—through central banking, censorship, or regulation—would become increasingly ineffective.
The transition will be gradual; many will revert to old paradigms, but the trend toward decentralization and abundance will accelerate.
He advocates for building self-custody, running nodes, and participating actively in this new system—beliefs he states are critical for individual sovereignty.
The Societal and Geopolitical Landscape
Booth highlights that countries in the Global South—those historically extracted from—stand to benefit the most from this paradigm shift. As monetary systems in the West deteriorate, these regions have an opportunity to leapfrog by adopting Bitcoin, creating their own circular economies independent of fiat.
He emphasizes that technological innovation is disruptive from the outside in. As monopolies of money or power resist change, the disruptive force emanates from the periphery—further supporting the notion that the monopoly of money will be challenged from outside traditional centers of power.
The Threat of Centralization and Corrupt AI Control
Discussing AI’s trajectory, Booth warns about the risks of centralization—where a small handful of tech giants and governments control superintelligent systems. Such concentration could enable unprecedented surveillance, control, and manipulation—especially if AI is harnessed to serve the existing control system rather than empower individuals.
He points out, however, that blockchain and Bitcoin provide the framework for an outsider system—one that remains decentralized and secure. The fear is not AI per se but the centralization of AI power in a few dominant corporations or states.
Ethical and Personal Responsibility
Booth emphasizes individual agency. He advocates for self-custody of Bitcoin, building trusted infrastructure, and educating others. He considers that each person can vote with their actions—by moving their time and money into the new system.
He recounts his own migration from Canada as a response to systemic risks, illustrating the importance of personal sovereignty and the necessity of taking proactive steps.
Booth remains optimistic that, despite the chaos and resistance, a better, freer future is within reach. The path involves gradually transitioning into a system driven by decentralized protocols like Bitcoin, powered by technologies like AI—which, rather than destroying, will amplify productivity and liberate humanity if harnessed correctly.
He urges individuals to start small—by understanding the core principles of deflation, wealth preservation, and decentralization—and to participate actively in building this new world.
Jeff Booth’s discourse offers a compelling vision: a world where free markets, powered by Bitcoin’s protocol, manifest the natural deflationary trend of technological progress. The challenge lies in navigating the transition—resisting manipulative control, embracing individual sovereignty, and leveraging AI to promote abundance rather than inequality. It is a call to act thoughtfully, participate actively, and move decisively into a future rooted in truth, discipline, and decentralized wealth.
In the beginning stages of investing, it wasn't about spending thousands. It was about investing $50 here and $100 there—small amounts. The misconception that a substantial sum is necessary to start is just that: a myth.
Nah, I'm not into attaching to just one chain or a community. My main focus is currently on Solana, Sui, Hyperliquid. Lot of smaller beta plays as well. Leo is one of them.
I've used Thorchain something like 2 years ago, but it wasn't for me.
Life isn’t always about winning — it’s about moving forward, even when it hurts. Sometimes, the strongest ones aren’t those who never fall, but those who keep rising no matter how many times they’ve been broken.
In the initial 10-15 years of investing, the key focus should be on how much money is being invested. Once achieved, compounding can take over to grow long-term wealth.
Turning Tides of the Great War: A Battle of Strategy and Endurance
The echoes of the ongoing battles across Europe reverberate with shifting fortunes and new tactics as the tide of World War I begins to turn. As of late, Germans have been pushing the Russians back in the northeast, capturing cities, fortresses, and tens of thousands of prisoners. However, the Russians are employing innovative strategies that are causing German advances to stifle and even reverse, signaling a pivotal change in the war’s dynamics.
The Eastern Front: German Stalemates and Russian Resilience
Over the past weeks, the Germans launched multiple assaults on Russian-held territories following their seizure of Vilnius in September. Their goal was to push toward Riga and Daugavpils, with the latter being of significant strategic importance. Commanders like Field Marshal Hindenburg understood that a breakthrough at Daugavpils could open a corridor to Petrograd, Smolensk, and Moscow. Yet, Russian defenses, reinforced by reinforcements from Petrograd and the Russian interior, successfully resisted these attempts.
In a masterstroke of military ingenuity, Russian forces built semi-circular trenches, or "half-moon" fortifications, which proved highly effective against frontal assaults. German units, attempting to attack these fortifications directly, found themselves mowed down by well-positioned Russian machine guns. This clever use of natural terrain, combined with an understanding of enemy tactics, helped Russians slow the German advance. Hindenburg's attempt to break through was thwarted, leading him to begin withdrawing forces from Daugavpils toward Riga and launching a three-pronged counterattack from the south, west, and southwest — all of which was repelled by Russian artillery and naval gunfire in the Gulf of Riga.
The Balkan Front: The Fierce and Chaotic Battles in Serbia
Meanwhile, Serbia remains under dire threat from multiple invading forces. By October 24, the Bulgarian army had encircled Serbian positions in Macedonia, creating a salient between French and Serbian troops. The fierce fighting here was characterized by brutal close-quarters combat, with troops discarding traditional tactics for primal, often savage combat — stones, hand-to-hand fighting, and a terrifying willingness to die for their cause. Witness accounts describe the chaos as the most savage of the Balkan conflicts, with entire battalions being sacrificed in the relentless push.
Serbia’s defense, held by a force of roughly 700,000 men, was desperately strained. Reports indicate that the fighting was so intense and the losses so high that the front lines shifted from hill to hill, village to village, with towns burned during the process of occupation. The Serbian resistance was stubborn but increasingly precarious as exhaustion, casualties, and the encroaching winter took their toll.
The Gallipoli campaign exemplifies the desperation and mismanagement that often plagued the Allies’ war efforts. Under the command of Charles Monro, the British forces faced dwindling supplies, with devastating shortages of ammunition and extreme disease outbreaks among troops, many of whom were incapacitated by illnesses like cholera and typhus. By late October, the situation had reached critical levels, with nearly half the troops unfit for service and winter looming.
Despite warnings from Monro and the failure of earlier offensives, high command hesitated to evacuate. British leadership, including Kitchener, contemplated a withdrawal, recognizing the untenable position but avoiding decisive action. Monro’s pragmatic advice was to evacuate, yet the operation was delayed, resulting in further unnecessary suffering. The terrain, combined with inadequate logistical preparations, meant that the campaign was doomed to stalemate and eventual retreat.
Western Front: The Persistent French and Rising French Losses
On the Western Front, the French continued their grinding push through Champagne and Artois, with casualties soaring beyond 150,000 men. General Joffre, despite the heavy losses, persisted in attritional tactics, aiming for a slow but steady wear-down of German defenses rather than decisive breakthroughs. His decision to continue the war of attrition reflected the reality that the German defensive lines, fortified all along the front, were nearly impregnable.
Notably, King George V visited French troops in Champagne, symbolizing shifting Allied morale and commitment. However, during the same time, the French and Italian armies faced epidemics of cholera and paratyphoid, further complicating the battlefield situation. Italian troops fighting along the Soči River battled not only enemy forces but also disease, with soldiers like Benito Mussolini noting the hardships and the rugged nature of mountain warfare — a poignant reminder that the war's toll extended beyond bullets and shells.
As the week's battles unfold, the question remains: could the Germans have broken through at Daugavpils before winter and advanced toward Petrograd? The advancing Russian defenses, coupled with their strategic use of terrain and innovative trench tactics, prevented a German breakthrough. Still, the danger persisted, and Hindenburg's forces adjusted their plans accordingly.
Furthermore, the broader picture emphasizes the immense human suffering caused by inadequate preparations for winter warfare. Past campaigns, like the disastrous German eastward advance through the Carpathians in previous winters, serve as cautionary tales. Soldiers suffered from exposure, starvation, and attack by wildlife — lessons that feature in the ongoing campaigns across Europe.
Conclusion: A War of Attrition with No Clear End in Sight
The close of the week paints a grim picture: the French and Italians are engaged in brutal, costly offensives; the Balkan front is a scene of chaos and resilience; the Russians employ cunning tactics to halt the Germans; and Gallipoli shows the perils of strategic miscalculations. While the tide is beginning to turn in some areas, the war’s toll continues to mount, and the end remains uncertain.
As winter approaches, armies face the harsh realities of warfare in the cold, with logistical challenges looming large. The lessons of past campaigns remind us that neglecting winter preparedness can turn victory into tragedy. The weeks ahead will be crucial in determining whether the momentum shifts definitively or if the brutal stalemate persists well into the coming year.
Stay tuned for next week's update as the Great War continues to evolve with new strategies, sacrifices, and heartbreaking losses.

this could go parabolic. I wonder if it would attract outside investment
What? Price started to moving up again. I thought it may take little rest before going up.
That really depends on us, when the community feels it's too expensive. There are only a few buyers and a few sellers at this point. The buyers slowly increasing and the sellers slowly decreasing.
Not without marketing it won't.

Pretty decent addition to the MCU. Enjoyed it a lot....Silver Surfer and Galactus were worth the price of admission alone.
Just saw it too. I liked it a lot especially Pedro Pascal channelling Joel in the movie climax. Galactus seemed kinda small in this movie though.
yeah. a bit small when he got to earth. but seemed like himself in space.
It was a good movie, galactus was godzilla size which odd as per comics. But yeah the CGI and story was kind of good.
glad you enjoyed it.
Are you a comic fan? If so how accurate was it?
Or just more good MCU fun
i mean it felt like the comics. that being said i wasn’t a die hard four fan. but from what i remember about the story it felt like a comic book.
galactus was on point. surfer was good too. would have loved more of her canon though. wasn’t exactly as the comics wrote her.
Nice! I plan to watch it in the coming week as well 👊
worth the ticket price for sure
I'm poor so I went and saw the Fantastic 3 when it came out. It was probably a little less good than Fantastic 4 but I saved some $$
After all these years, glad see the they finally made Galactus look like Galactus instead of being a cloud.
man. it was awesome. goose bumps when they revealed him.
Need to see it! Only saw the trailer but that was more than enough to put a smile on face 🙂

How are you receiving the LEO? Do they just transfer it, or are they upvoting your content? Or how does it all work?
In this case I delegated HP to leo.voter. and it send me $LEO everyday based on how much I have delegated.
35 leo = 35 hbd ? Do you think HBD will loose so much value ?
HBD is a stable coin. Why it will lose the value?
Because i didn't think leo would reach 1$ haha
In that case I can't force you to believe it.
Men with hopeless romantic inclinations and traditional manners are incredibly charming and appealing.
Rare to find someone with traditional manners these days
Totally, it’s like they’re a rare breed now. Something about those old-school gestures just hits different
They were killed by modern feminism.
I get why you'd say that, but I think there are still guys out there holding onto those romantic vibes. They just might be quieter about it these days
That would be a trap if they do. Anyone born after 1980 is basically being used like an ATM. Being traditional is inviting rope around neck for a man. Exiting quickly is the safety.
I see your point about the risks, but I think some men still value those traditional traits despite the challenges. Maybe it’s about finding the right balance in today’s world
Some places with strong religious families would support those values. More you go out of family and closed values system it becomes serious risk.
Totally, I think you're right about religious or tight-knit communities holding onto those values. Outside of that, it can definitely feel like a minefield for guys trying to stick to traditional roles

Slavery was a common global practice until it was largely abolished in the 19th and 20th centuries, mainly due to the efforts of Anglo-American forces. However, it still persists in certain areas today.
It's important to note that this isn't to portray Britain as flawless, yet the statement holds true.
Sure.
Gm, Inleo!
How's it going? Planning any trades today?

GM - "Go and Moar" too 😉
Wondering if I'm gonna stack some $LSTR, hehe.
I have some as well, might DCA into it whenever I get some extra HIVE
Dont have any trades planned. My plan priority now is.
Accumulate $LEO by delegation, posting and small buys
Accumulate HBD, 667 is the first goal.
Get more LSTR

Looking good!
I'm mainly focused on large caps; $SOL, $SUI, $HYPE. Some beta plays include $JUP, $ENA, $KTA. Also holding small amounts of $LEO & $HIVE and $HBD of course. 👍
Yeah, $HYPE is also on my radar if I would wanna dip into something more.
Problem is to many projects, to little money and time 😅

Haha, a dog might just be the safest bet. At least they won't tease announcements or crash a startup overnight
I wonder what would happen if 500,000 leo in the next 24 hours :-O

Burn $LEO 🦁
You know, we're hoping to start earning some $LEO, not burn it! But we'd hate to dissappoint!
Let's see what we have in our wallet that we've not frozen yet! It wont be much, but every burn counts!

not worth digging. I got all the tokens minted by @st8and I burned most of them or added them as rewards to random liquidity pools.
It is the absolute meme token...
500,000 Leo being bought in the next 24 hours might not get us to a dollar but it would probably get us up above $0.10.

Its fun to keep track of $LEO being sent to @null. We will never see them again in supply!
@mightpossibly, can we add to @leo.alerts everytime $LEO is sent to null?
Together with LSTR buying which will not be sold.
Oh nice one! Put's my little burn to shame, but every burn counts! A Leo burn alert would be cool!
It looks small but over the course of a year will really add up and especially if leodex keeps buying tokens and putting them permanently away the supply will get very tight in the long run.
360x100 would equate to 36500 $LEO being burnt! And we have many other sinks for $LEO as well :)
it is on the list but currently not very high priority

Pick Up Limes- 3 weeknight DINNER ideas (plant-based!) #foodtalk #weeknightdinner #dinnerideas #plantbased #foods
!summarize
Part 1/9:
Simple and Delicious Weeknight Tray Bake Recipes
Preparing a wholesome meal after a long day can sometimes feel daunting, but with the right recipes, dinner can be both easy and satisfying. Today’s focus is on tray bake recipes—simple, one-pan dishes perfect for weeknight dinners that require minimal effort without sacrificing flavor.
Embracing the Ease of Tray Bakes
Part 2/9:
The concept behind tray bakes is straightforward: you combine all your ingredients in a single baking dish, pop it into the oven, and let it cook while you unwind. No complicated preparations or multiple pots—a true time-saver that leaves you with a home-cooked meal ready to enjoy after a busy day. The process involves just gathering your ingredients, tossing them together, and baking, making it ideal for effortless dinners.
Creamy Lemon Dill Risotto-Inspired Bake
Part 3/9:
Finishing Touches
Part 4/9:
Just before serving, a quick lemon and dill dressing is prepared by mixing fresh dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Once the dish is out of the oven, the bay leaves are removed, and the lemon-dill dressing is drizzled over everything with gentle stirring. The final flourish is sprinkled with roasted pine nuts to add a crunch. The result is a creamy dish with a bright, fresh flavor profile, where the lemon and dill evoke a subtle seafood note that’s especially delightful for dill lovers.
Oven-Baked Plant-Based Shakshuka
Part 5/9:
Next is a plant-based twist on the traditional North African and Middle Eastern shakshuka. This dish is also baked in the oven, making it incredibly easy to prepare. It starts with a baking dish filled with diced tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, onions, minced garlic, and minced chili peppers—spice levels can be adjusted to taste.
Flavoring is enhanced with tomato paste, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, olive oil, and salt. After mixing, the dish is baked for approximately 30 minutes.
Vegan ‘Eggs’ and Serving
Part 6/9:
Barbecue Cauliflower and Chickpea Tortillas
Part 7/9:
Serving Suggestions
Part 8/9:
Serve the roasted vegetables inside warmed tortillas with optional toppings like avocado slices or onion rings. A simple homemade ranch sauce—yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning—complements the smoky vegetables perfectly. This dish is ideal for a family dinner where everyone can assemble their own tacos, making for a fun and interactive meal.
Additional Resources and Tips
The creators highlight the versatility of tray bakes—encouraging you to experiment and use leftovers creatively. They also mention their extensive database and recipe blog where you can find similar ideas and full recipes to follow.
Part 9/9:
Finally, they suggest checking out their recent “one-pot meals” video for more straightforward dinner ideas and invite viewers to explore other easy, delicious recipes designed to make weeknight cooking less stressful.
Final Thoughts
These tray bake recipes demonstrate that dinner doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you’re craving creamy risotto-inspired rice, hearty vegan shakshuka, or flavorful tacos, these dishes leverage the convenience of the oven to create flavor-packed, wholesome meals with minimal fuss. Perfect for busy weeknights, they allow you to unwind and enjoy a satisfying home-cooked dinner, with clean-up simplified and flavor maximized.
Enjoy your effortless weeknight dinners—deliciousness, simplicity, and flavor all in one tray!
Pick Up Limes- 3 easy BREAKFASTS to keep on REPEAT! #foodtalk #breakfasts #breakfastideas #healthymeals #foods #healthybreakfast
!summarize
Part 1/7:
Delicious and Nutritious: Wholesome Breakfast Recipes That Will Brighten Your Morning
Starting the day with a hearty and healthy breakfast is essential for fueling your body and mind. Today’s lineup of recipes is designed to do just that—delivering flavor, nutrients, and simplicity in every bite. From plant-based frittatas to velvety porridges and cheesecake-inspired toast, these dishes are perfect for anyone looking to elevate their morning routine effortlessly.
Easy and Flavorful Plant-Based Frittata
Part 2/7:
Part 3/7:
Cooking involves covering the pan to ensure even heat, flipping the frittata carefully, and finishing on the other side. The final presentation is visually appealing, especially when flipped onto a plate. For toppings, the favorite options include plant-based yogurt, creamy avocado slices, basil, and a sprinkle of chili flakes. This dish is versatile enough for breakfast, brunch, or any meal of the day, embodying wholesome comfort and flavor.
Velvety Chocolate Buckwheat Porridge
Part 4/7:
Part 5/7:
Letting the porridge sit under a lid for an additional five minutes allows the flavors to meld and the grains to soften further, resulting in a creamy, almost pudding-like consistency. Topped with fruit or nuts, this buckwheat porridge offers an excellent gluten-free alternative to traditional oatmeal, rich in fiber, antioxidants, and essential minerals such as copper, magnesium, and iron.
Cheesecake on Toast: Refreshing Berry and Vegan Ricotta
Part 6/7:
Final Thoughts
Part 7/7:

Part 1/7:
Easy One-Pot Recipes for Cozy Weeknights
Part 2/7:
Part 3/7:
Creamy Udon Noodle Bowl with Jackfruit
Part 4/7:
Part 5/7:
Cooking Method
Start by sautéing the bell pepper and jackfruit until fragrant. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a jar, shake well, and then pour into the pan with the vegetables and jackfruit.
Add the fresh udon noodles directly into the pan, along with the green onion whites. Cook for a few minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the sauce and break apart slightly, creating a luscious, creamy texture. Top with crispy fried onions, toasted sesame seeds, and garnish with green onion dark green ribbons for added color and crunch.
Final Touches
Part 6/7:
Additional Resources and Final Notes
Part 7/7:
For those craving even more quick and easy meal ideas, the creator offers links to other videos showcasing 15-minute meals and one-pot wonders. They encourage viewers to try making these dishes, share their modifications, and enjoy flavorful, nourishing food without hassle.
In conclusion, these recipes prove that weeknight dinners don’t have to be boring or complicated. With a few pantry staples and fresh vegetables, you can create delectable, wholesome meals that satisfy both your taste buds and your desire for convenience.

Brain Foods

Part 1/9:
Part 2/9:
Part 3/9:
The Importance of B Vitamins
Part 4/9:
B vitamins—particularly B6, B12, and folate (B9)—are crucial for creating mood-regulating neurotransmitters. These vitamins support not only the synthesis but also the regulation of serotonin and dopamine. Moreover, they are instrumental in managing homocysteine levels, an amino acid that, when elevated, is associated with increased risks of depression, dementia, and cardiovascular problems.
Nutrients That Support Brain Energy and Mood
Glucose: Fuel for the Brain
Part 5/9:
Selenium
Part 6/9:
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Part 7/9:
Holistic Approaches to Improving Mood
Part 8/9:
While diet plays a significant role, it is only one piece of the puzzle. If persistent low mood or depression symptoms occur, professional support can be invaluable. Talking to a therapist provides ongoing care and strategies to manage emotional health.
Supportive Resources
The article highlights the benefits of online therapy platforms like BetterHelp, which offer accessible, flexible mental health support. With licensed therapists available for chat, phone, or video sessions, seeking help becomes more convenient. The author shares personal positive experiences with such services, emphasizing their role in emotional well-being.
Final Thoughts: Nourishing the Mind and Body

Part 1/7:
Part 2/7:
Key steps include:
Combining 345 grams of flour with 224 grams of cold vegan butter, pulsed until pea-sized crumbs form.
Incorporating ice-cold water gradually until the dough just comes together.
Dividing into two balls, rolling them out between parchment sheets, and chilling for at least 30 minutes.
Using even pressure when rolling to achieve a uniform thickness and prevent the crust from shrinking during baking.
Applying a flour dusting on the parchment to prevent sticking and ensuring seamless removal later.
(Pro tip: Place your rolled crust on a metal sheet beneath your glass pie pan during baking to get an even, golden bottom crust.)
Homemade Apple Pie: From Fresh Apples to Finish
Part 3/7:
Apple pie is a quintessential comfort dessert, and its beauty lies in its simplicity and flavor. To prepare the filling:
Peel and slice about 1 kilogram of mixed red and green apples into half-centimeter thick slices.
Sprinkle with a quarter teaspoon of salt to draw out excess moisture, then microwave or sauté briefly to soften.
Drain the excess liquid to prevent a soggy bottom.
Combine the cooked apples with:
3 tablespoons of packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch
Half a lemon's juice
Cinnamon and ginger for warmth
Once cooled, assemble your pie:
Create a lattice top by cutting strips of dough with a pastry wheel for decorative flair. Carefully weave the strips over the filling.
Seal and crimp the edges for a polished look.
Part 4/7:
Part 5/7:
Pumpkin Pie: A Velvety, Spiced Delight
Pumpkin pie is the embodiment of autumn flavors, and this plant-based version begins with a blind-baked crust:
Fit your crust into the pie pan, crimp the edges, and poke the base with a fork to prevent puffing.
Line with parchment and fill with dried beans or pie weights, then bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
For the filling:
Simmer pumpkin puree with soy or coconut cream, brown sugar, spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove), vanilla, and salt.
Cook for about five minutes to evaporate excess moisture and thicken the mixture.
Pour the hot filling into the pre-baked crust, then bake at 350°F (180°C) for another 8–10 minutes until slightly set.
Part 6/7:
Final Thoughts
Part 7/7:

Part 1/14:
A Comprehensive Recap of August to October 1915: The Expanding Chaos of World War I
For those new to our channel or longtime followers needing a refresher, we are presenting a quarterly series of recapitulations—an overview of the critical events of the past three months. Today, we delve into the months of August, September, and October 1915, a period marked by widespread turmoil and escalating conflict across multiple frontlines during World War I.
August 1915: A Month of Chaos and Innovation
Part 2/14:
The war's chaos was at its peak in August. On the Eastern Front, Russian forces retreated throughout the summer, losing key territories such as Warsaw and Riga to the advancing German armies. The Germans, equipped with new technologies, launched intense operations, including the introduction of flamethrowers—though these weapons had been in use nearly a year.
Part 3/14:
Meanwhile, Italy was actively attempting to break through Austrian defenses along the Isonzo River for the second time. In the Ottoman Empire, the genocide of Armenians continued, with atrocities escalating in Anatolia. Far to the south, South Africa annexed German South-West Africa, signifying a widening colonial scope of the war. Naval warfare intensified as German U-boats launched unrestricted submarine attacks, sinking numerous civilian vessels in the Atlantic, effectively turning maritime commerce into perilous waters.
Part 4/14:
A significant technological milestone in August was the beginning of what became known as the "Fokker Scourge." The Germans introduced synchronized machine guns fitted into aircraft propellers, allowing pilots to fire forward through the spinning blades without hitting them. This innovation tipped aerial combat in Germany's favor and marked the dawn of fighter aircraft dominance. The first ace credited with shooting down five enemy planes, French pilot Adolphe Pégoud, emerged during this period but was killed in action on August 31.
The Eastern Front: A Turn of the Tide
Part 5/14:
Despite relative stability on the Western Front during August, the Eastern Front saw rapid and decisive movements. German forces captured Warsaw on August 5, ending Russian control that had lasted for over a century. As the month progressed, the Germans advanced through Livonia, capturing Ivangorod, Kaunas, Brest-Litovsk, Bialystok, and Grodno. By the end of August, their focus shifted to the Lithuanian capital Vilnius and Dvinsk (now Daugavpils), gateways to Moscow and Petrograd.
Part 6/14:
The German push resulted in the capture of approximately 1.5 million Russian soldiers during the first year of the war, highlighting the brutal defeat suffered by Russia. However, the advance was eventually halted in late September when stiffening mud and deteriorating terrain slowed their progress, allowing Russians to regroup and bolster their defenses.
Gallipoli: Stalemate and Suffering
Part 7/14:
The Italian Front: Stalemated Battles
Part 8/14:
In the mountainous terrains along the Isonzo River, Italy scored a tactical victory in mid-September, capturing some ground from Austria-Hungary. Nevertheless, neither side achieved significant territorial gains, and both suffered over 40,000 casualties in the process. The fierce combat underscored the brutal and indecisive nature of these mountain battles.
The Western Front: War of Attrition and New Horrors
Part 9/14:
The Western Front remained a relentless grind, characterized by mass offensives, heavy casualties, and devastating technological advancements. The Battle of Loos in late September marked the first large-scale use of poison gas by the British, offering initial tactical success but ultimately exposing the British command's naivety regarding German machine gun defenses, resulting in enormous losses. As a consequence, British leadership changed hands, with Sir John French replaced by Sir Douglas Haig.
Part 10/14:
The Middle Eastern and Balkan Fronts
Part 11/14:
Part 12/14:
The Evolving War and Its Human Cost
As October turned into November, the landscape of the war became increasingly tragic and complex. French offensives relentlessly tore through the trenches in Artois and Champagne, yet strategic gains remained elusive amid mud, disease, and exhaustion.
In the east, Russian forces faced dire circumstances: their advances into Galicia and Poland were reversed in the muddy trenches and guerrilla warfare. Meanwhile, Serbian and French troops faced enormous odds against the combined Central Powers, with civilian refugees pouring into neighboring Albania to escape the devastation.
Part 13/14:
Part 14/14:
This wave of destruction and chaos signifies a pivotal moment in World War I, with frontlines shifting unpredictably, alliances intensifying, and the war entering a new, more deadly phase.

What to do with meowleos now?
So many questions … 🤓
LEO's reward/payment structure changed, which severely affected the rewards meowcurator gets, which in turn, affected everything unfortunately.
thought so already … can we exchange the meowleo back to leo or are you planning on continuing the project somehow?
Seems a curation project should be doing a lot better under new changes
We payout in LEO. If we paid out in Hive or another coin by selling our LEO, yes our payouts would have probably gone up or stayed the same. I've noticed smaller LEO amounts received daily since price is higher and less is getting bought back meaning curators get less LEO.

Can’t help but think that Bitcoiners are right when I am listening to podcasts like this
Part 1/16:
Part 2/16:
He describes this as a coordinated game—one deliberately designed to sustain a false sense of prosperity at the expense of the populace’s real wealth. The system’s survival depends on continually inflating the money supply, which inherently benefits the wealthy and those close to monetary power while impoverishing others. This creates a landscape of wealth disparity, often visualized as a K-shaped economy, where the top continues to thrive while the bottom is left further behind.
The Charade of Democracy and Control
Part 3/16:
Booth critiques the democratic facade, asserting that in reality, the system is a control structure. Individuals believe they have a vote over their money and their future, but in truth, governments and financial institutions manipulate money without citizen consent, pulling the strings behind the scenes. This manipulation exacerbates inequality, concentrated in the hands of the few who control the money supply.
The Explosive Potential of Artificial Intelligence
Part 4/16:
Transitioning from economics to technology, Booth shares his insights into AI’s transformative power. While acknowledging AI’s incredible usefulness, he considers the more pressing concern: its impact on the economy and societal structure. AI, he argues, is arguably the most deflationary tech we’ve encountered—more so than Bitcoin or any other innovation. Its exponential advancement threatens to accelerate economic divergence, amplifying the existing K-shaped inequalities.
AI and the Widening Wealth Gap
Part 5/16:
The Natural State of Markets: Deflation
Part 6/16:
A critical principle Jeff revisits repeatedly is that the natural state of free markets is deflation. As entrepreneurs create more value and technology reduces costs, prices should constantly fall, benefiting consumers and fostering abundance.
He explains, “the cost of AI today is essentially zero,” and with its continued advancement, AI will create near-zero prices for products and services in the long run. This perpetual deflation is incompatible with a credit-based monetary system that requires ever-increasing monetary units to avoid collapse.
The Contradiction Between Deflation and Credit-based Money
Part 7/16:
The fundamental contradiction is that while free markets naturally tend toward deflation, the credit system must inject more money to sustain itself. If deflation were truly allowed to operate, it would wipe out debts, banks, and governments—catastrophic outcomes the system is designed to avoid at all costs.
Booth clarifies that governments and central banks manipulate money to prevent deflation, resulting in monopolistic behaviors and regulatory distortions. These distortions lead to the formation of monopolies that survive by working collaboratively with governments, creating systemic rigidity.
Bitcoin as the Solution: A New Paradigm
Part 8/16:
Part 9/16:
Booth emphasizes that, in such a system, the ability for individuals to become nodes of the network—actively participating and securing the protocol—would reinforce this discipline.
The Transition Period and Societal Impacts
A significant part of the conversation focuses on how societal transition might unfold. Booth admits that most people are still in the dark, living under the illusion of inflation and rising prices. Meanwhile, the true trend is towards deflation and technological abundance.
During this transition:
Part 10/16:
Part 11/16:
Part 12/16:
He advocates for building self-custody, running nodes, and participating actively in this new system—beliefs he states are critical for individual sovereignty.
The Societal and Geopolitical Landscape
Booth highlights that countries in the Global South—those historically extracted from—stand to benefit the most from this paradigm shift. As monetary systems in the West deteriorate, these regions have an opportunity to leapfrog by adopting Bitcoin, creating their own circular economies independent of fiat.
Part 13/16:
Part 14/16:
Final Reflections: Embracing a New Reality
Part 15/16:
Booth remains optimistic that, despite the chaos and resistance, a better, freer future is within reach. The path involves gradually transitioning into a system driven by decentralized protocols like Bitcoin, powered by technologies like AI—which, rather than destroying, will amplify productivity and liberate humanity if harnessed correctly.
He urges individuals to start small—by understanding the core principles of deflation, wealth preservation, and decentralization—and to participate actively in building this new world.
Conclusion
Part 16/16:

Consistency, rather than the amount, laid the foundation for building assets.
Mind the gap.
Here's the new BTC CME gap. Would get filled at $118.3, so targeting that as an entry.

You can short on Rujira...

Thanks, but I'm doing all my perps trading on Hyperliquid. https://app.hyperliquid.xyz/join/BRANDO
Not much competition for them out there, really.
You do not want to help Thorchain? By helping Thorchain, you also help Leodex...
Nah, I'm not into attaching to just one chain or a community. My main focus is currently on Solana, Sui, Hyperliquid. Lot of smaller beta plays as well. Leo is one of them.
I've used Thorchain something like 2 years ago, but it wasn't for me.
Two years ago, that's like prehistoric times in crypto... But this is your choice. Good luck.
😅 You are right, times moves differently in the crypto space, and thanks, good luck to you with Thorchain 😉
Life isn’t always about winning — it’s about moving forward, even when it hurts. Sometimes, the strongest ones aren’t those who never fall, but those who keep rising no matter how many times they’ve been broken.
That's true. Moving forward is more important than winning and losing.

In the initial 10-15 years of investing, the key focus should be on how much money is being invested. Once achieved, compounding can take over to grow long-term wealth.
How much would somebody get from Leodex Airdrop when he swaps amount of $1k+ ?
#leodexio #airdrop
100 in base rewards and some for the swapping (I think).
There's a calculator on the dex you can use 😄
I know, but amount of airdropped LEO tokens looks strange in this calculator. I want to know, if it is showing real numbers...
I think it is.
I got the 100 base reward and 42.xx for swap volume
Ahh, OK. Thanks.
Can we just fast forward to the point where $LEO is 10$ per coin?
Some people don't believe that it can reach 1$. 10$ will be a huge blow for them. I hope to see the price go above 1$ to show them they are wrong.
Then Leo need to have 100 million market cap.
I want that too, but it won't be so soon.

Part 1/12:
Turning Tides of the Great War: A Battle of Strategy and Endurance
The echoes of the ongoing battles across Europe reverberate with shifting fortunes and new tactics as the tide of World War I begins to turn. As of late, Germans have been pushing the Russians back in the northeast, capturing cities, fortresses, and tens of thousands of prisoners. However, the Russians are employing innovative strategies that are causing German advances to stifle and even reverse, signaling a pivotal change in the war’s dynamics.
The Eastern Front: German Stalemates and Russian Resilience
Part 2/12:
Over the past weeks, the Germans launched multiple assaults on Russian-held territories following their seizure of Vilnius in September. Their goal was to push toward Riga and Daugavpils, with the latter being of significant strategic importance. Commanders like Field Marshal Hindenburg understood that a breakthrough at Daugavpils could open a corridor to Petrograd, Smolensk, and Moscow. Yet, Russian defenses, reinforced by reinforcements from Petrograd and the Russian interior, successfully resisted these attempts.
Part 3/12:
Part 4/12:
Meanwhile, Serbia remains under dire threat from multiple invading forces. By October 24, the Bulgarian army had encircled Serbian positions in Macedonia, creating a salient between French and Serbian troops. The fierce fighting here was characterized by brutal close-quarters combat, with troops discarding traditional tactics for primal, often savage combat — stones, hand-to-hand fighting, and a terrifying willingness to die for their cause. Witness accounts describe the chaos as the most savage of the Balkan conflicts, with entire battalions being sacrificed in the relentless push.
Part 5/12:
Serbia’s defense, held by a force of roughly 700,000 men, was desperately strained. Reports indicate that the fighting was so intense and the losses so high that the front lines shifted from hill to hill, village to village, with towns burned during the process of occupation. The Serbian resistance was stubborn but increasingly precarious as exhaustion, casualties, and the encroaching winter took their toll.
Gallipoli: The Struggle for a Strategic Position
Part 6/12:
The Gallipoli campaign exemplifies the desperation and mismanagement that often plagued the Allies’ war efforts. Under the command of Charles Monro, the British forces faced dwindling supplies, with devastating shortages of ammunition and extreme disease outbreaks among troops, many of whom were incapacitated by illnesses like cholera and typhus. By late October, the situation had reached critical levels, with nearly half the troops unfit for service and winter looming.
Part 7/12:
Despite warnings from Monro and the failure of earlier offensives, high command hesitated to evacuate. British leadership, including Kitchener, contemplated a withdrawal, recognizing the untenable position but avoiding decisive action. Monro’s pragmatic advice was to evacuate, yet the operation was delayed, resulting in further unnecessary suffering. The terrain, combined with inadequate logistical preparations, meant that the campaign was doomed to stalemate and eventual retreat.
Western Front: The Persistent French and Rising French Losses
Part 8/12:
On the Western Front, the French continued their grinding push through Champagne and Artois, with casualties soaring beyond 150,000 men. General Joffre, despite the heavy losses, persisted in attritional tactics, aiming for a slow but steady wear-down of German defenses rather than decisive breakthroughs. His decision to continue the war of attrition reflected the reality that the German defensive lines, fortified all along the front, were nearly impregnable.
Part 9/12:
Notably, King George V visited French troops in Champagne, symbolizing shifting Allied morale and commitment. However, during the same time, the French and Italian armies faced epidemics of cholera and paratyphoid, further complicating the battlefield situation. Italian troops fighting along the Soči River battled not only enemy forces but also disease, with soldiers like Benito Mussolini noting the hardships and the rugged nature of mountain warfare — a poignant reminder that the war's toll extended beyond bullets and shells.
Strategic Reflections and the Inevitable Winter
Part 10/12:
Part 11/12:
Conclusion: A War of Attrition with No Clear End in Sight
The close of the week paints a grim picture: the French and Italians are engaged in brutal, costly offensives; the Balkan front is a scene of chaos and resilience; the Russians employ cunning tactics to halt the Germans; and Gallipoli shows the perils of strategic miscalculations. While the tide is beginning to turn in some areas, the war’s toll continues to mount, and the end remains uncertain.
Part 12/12:
As winter approaches, armies face the harsh realities of warfare in the cold, with logistical challenges looming large. The lessons of past campaigns remind us that neglecting winter preparedness can turn victory into tragedy. The weeks ahead will be crucial in determining whether the momentum shifts definitively or if the brutal stalemate persists well into the coming year.
Stay tuned for next week's update as the Great War continues to evolve with new strategies, sacrifices, and heartbreaking losses.
I am interested to know what's the price of $LEO. Six cents!!!!
0.058 exactly based on few hours ago when I checked the price for the last time.
The price seems not to be steady, it seems some whales are doing serious trading activities with LEO. I saw the price at $0.063 when I logged in and checked it, but after checking notification and back the price dropped to $0.058.

That's nice. Good one but you got to be ready for it. 👍

First of all, I want to say a big congratulations to you. About attention, you just need to relax and let things play out the way it could be, you will eventually get into the rhythm.
Thanks! Yeah, it's been 2 years since I played and this time was more people than the last two times, plus a few friends are getting kind of well known in the scene. I got to get used to playing more so I can collaborate with them, if they ask me now I'm not ready, but in a few months yeah!
