During our Orangetheory Fitness session this morning, we used a switch template that gave us two opportunities to take on 200 meter row for time benchmark. Those of us who started on the rower followed this sequence: Floor Block 1 → Tread Block 1 → Row/Floor Block 2 → Tread Block 2 → Row/Floor Block 3 → Tread Block 3. Anyone who preferred to knock out the benchmark right away chose to begin on the rower and floor stations.
I didn't hit my personal record but I was happy with getting under 35 seconds was still a good time and generating my Move To Earn @actifit points at the same time made it extra BOOM!

Are you using a Keystore login? Because if you are you could pay in other ways than HBD.
But if you do want to buy HBD, you usually have to get HIVE first somehow, and then swap it for HBD in the system. Or do like me and earn HBD, but that will take time.
Oh, and there are the quick exchanges like SimpleSwap, and ChangeNow which allow you to swap between other coins and HIVE without KYC. Not sure if those two are on the list above because they work differently from normal exchanges.
Post to earn should not be used to promote inleo on social media platforms, instead it should be engage to earn.
When I asked some guys I had referred to inleo from telegram groups why they are not active, they said they didn't earn anything from their posts. They thinks that inleo pay people for just posting whatever like that.

Fun Fact: My youngest Sister has learned how to read time by herself, before she even learned to read. Because back then, I and my brother, will tell her, we'll let you play (PlayStation) at such and such hour, and she had to learn it so she calls us out when we lie.
