Every single day I keep track of them.
I know 2400 calories are close to maintanance, 2600 calories is slow bulk, 2200 calories is slow cutting.
I tend to fluctuate between these while lifting.
Minimum I'm allowed to do is 1800, this is a deep cut, and even though it works it's not long term sustainable and I'll probably lose muscle and might injury myself.
Currently going for 2300-2400 to lose some of the Christmas damage 😅
Currently, shread a few pounds to lose all the Christmas fat, and later this month I'll go back to eating around maintanance maybe slightly above to lose fat and gain muscle.
It really depends on the time if year honestly. But currently is just to lose followed by 4-5 months of recomp.
Newbie tip: trying to force engagement here by just dropping a bunch of threads back-to-back in a few minutes, not talking to anybody in particular, then going about ur business won’t work. That’s not “social”.

You can't truly turn your fat to muscle, it's impossible, literally, because they are very different cell types and one doesn't convert to the other.
What can happen is that you lose fat and put on muscle, this can only happen if you eat enough protein (2.2g/kg or 1g/lb), if you eat around maintanance, if you sleep well, if you workout hard and if you have enough testosterone to actually build muscle while being around maintanance.
If you do this right over many months you'll probably do both, otherwise you'll see no difference in your body by trying to do both.

Like what? I have found ways to get everything I need with crypto, mostly through gift cards. As for bills, there are services that you can use to pay your bills with crypto. If you get creative, it can be done. The only bills I can't pay in crypto are my power and internet bills. But I earn some cash too weekly, so I usually pay it with that.
mortgage, car payment... I know there service that can handle through creative channels but I'll admit, I'm too lazy to do it all. Also living in NY state makes these services close to none.

Discovering the SPICE-Y System: A Guide to Balanced Eating
Have you ever dedicated yourself to a wholesome diet—perhaps indulging in green smoothies and kale salads—only to find yourself hungrily ordering pizza for the third consecutive night? This struggle is quite common, but through extensive trial and error, I developed a method that provides a nourishing and balanced eating experience without imposed restrictions. I’ve termed this approach the SPICE-Y system, defined by six simple principles that I’ll illustrate using a week of my meals.
The first step begins long before I ever set foot in the grocery store: strategizing. On weekends, primarily Saturday or Sunday mornings, I take time to devise a meal plan for the week. This plan outlines which meals I will prepare and when I will cook them. Researchers refer to this as an implementation intention, a technique shown to enhance the likelihood of goal achievement.
For me, breakfasts are mostly consistent, so I focus on planning dinners and lunches. I generally have a well-established meal plan that includes three dinner recipes and a side salad. I know 2400 calories are close to maintanance, 2600 calories is slow bulk, 2200 calories is slow cutting.
I tend to fluctuate between these while lifting.
Minimum I'm allowed to do is 1800, this is a deep cut, and even though it works it's not long term sustainable and I'll probably lose muscle and might injury myself.
Currently going for 2300-2400 to lose some of the Christmas damage 😅

You can't truly turn your fat to muscle, it's impossible, literally, because they are very different cell types and one doesn't convert to the other.
What can happen is that you lose fat and put on muscle, this can only happen if you eat enough protein (2.2g/kg or 1g/lb), if you eat around maintanance, if you sleep well, if you workout hard and if you have enough testosterone to actually build muscle while being around maintanance.
If you do this right over many months you'll probably do both, otherwise you'll see no difference in your body by trying to do both.

I am here for the freedom money, not fiat number-go-up. I trade for a living, but as far as my crypto holdings are concerned, other than Hive, I am a proof-of-work maxi. I find most proof of stake ecosystems to be scammy.

Like what? I have found ways to get everything I need with crypto, mostly through gift cards. As for bills, there are services that you can use to pay your bills with crypto. If you get creative, it can be done. The only bills I can't pay in crypto are my power and internet bills. But I earn some cash too weekly, so I usually pay it with that.
mortgage, car payment... I know there service that can handle through creative channels but I'll admit, I'm too lazy to do it all. Also living in NY state makes these services close to none.
Ah, yeah, NY sucks for a lot of things when it comes to crypto. But yeah, I get it. You have to really want to be on the outside to try and live like I do, lol.
EDIT: But I can still encourage people to live as much on crypto as possible because that is the only way people are going to get ahead.
Yeah... NY. It's tough to get around regulations here. There are ways to get around it but it's convoluted and you have to bounce your coins around so many times on so many bridges, the fees rack up and you loose quite a bit in the end.
One more reason I love Monero.

This plan outlines which meals I will prepare and when I will cook them. Researchers refer to this as an implementation intention, a technique shown to enhance the likelihood of goal achievement.
For me, breakfasts are mostly consistent, so I focus on planning dinners and lunches. I generally have a well-established meal plan that includes three dinner recipes and a side salad. Once I’m aware of what I want to create, I compile a grocery list and inventory my pantry, marking what needs to be purchased. This habit not only curtails food waste but also helps save money.
Principle 2: Prep
Part 3/8:
Once the planning is complete, I transition to meal prep. Historically, I’ve avoided traditional meal prep methods that require cooking in bulk and eating the same meal repeatedly. Instead, I focus on prepping versatile components, such as sauces, grains, and flavor bases, which I can easily use throughout the week.
For example, I prepare a sofrito base composed of chopped aromatics and spices that form the backbone of many Latin American dishes. Alongside this, I create quick-pickled shallots for a zesty flair, a creamy cilantro crema essentially serving as an "everything sauce," and smoky pepitas for texture. Finally, I chop cabbage and carrots to ensure I include vegetables in various meals.

After meal prep, I feel organized and motivated, knowing that my future self will benefit from this effort.
Principle 3: Implement
With a strategy in place and components ready, it's time to implement the plan. For dinner, I opted for brown rice and Mexican black beans, easily combined with the sofrito from earlier. This dish came together in about 30 minutes, transforming prepped ingredients into a satisfying meal.
It's worth noting that the black beans saved from this meal could be reused for tomorrow's dinner, emphasizing the potential for creative reapplications.

Customization is all about flexibility within the framework of the planned meals. The next day’s lunch involved a rice bowl that resembled the previous night’s dinner, but with a twist—incorporation of a quick coleslaw using prepped cabbage and carrots.
That evening, the customization principle went into full effect with roasted acorn squash and refried beans tacos. By reheating and blending leftover beans, I transformed a simple ingredient into a new dish, all while maintaining the week’s therapeutic flow.

Embracing flexibility, a vital piece of the SPICE-Y system, allows for spontaneity in meal choice without resorting to takeout. While I prefer foundational meal planning, I keep emergency meals in my freezer and pantry. Lastly, the SPICE-Y system recognizes the importance of personal preference and indulgence. Throughout the week, I whipped up enjoyable treats like hazelnut fudge, reminding me that a balanced diet integrates wholesome meals alongside indulgences.
Planning for Success

Implementing the SPICE-Y system involves a combination of planning, prep, and flexibility, culminating in wholesome meals that excite the palate without consuming excessive time in the kitchen. While simple in theory, it can be challenging for many home cooks grappling with busy schedules. To support others in achieving this balanced approach, I created a meal planning service. Each week, subscribers receive a meal plan featuring hearty recipes and complete grocery lists, effectively alleviating meal planning stress.

Actually, they do not need the keys, that is the point of lite account, they can just sign in with the gmail and they will not need keys unless you are trying to onboard them to other Hive dapps, which you are not, you are bringing them only to Inleo.
They don't even need the keys to do any exchange because all you do is send the Hive with a memo to the exchange account.
And for the app part, they can have de version of the site that gets saved as an icon on the phone, but I do thing having an app for the normies would be helpful
