I use self massage for anything other than emergencies. A tennis ball pushed into your back or butt, against a hard wall or the floor could work wonders, depending on where the problem actually is.
A general rule of thumb for me is to massage the whole body to find where there is the must tightness, often there are issues you didn't even realize, not serious, just tightness that builds up over time due to habits and put pressure on the spine. (not professional advice)

Listened to a bunch of James Blake interviews last night. I haven't really connected with his music much since his first full album other than a song here and there, but he's still a brilliant artist, honest, and self exploratory.
His first album is one of the greatest of all time, I can't blame him for not being able to beat it. Warning to any first time listeners: It's very minimal and needs headphones or good speakers to appreciate the texture and tones.
Two of my favorite tracks are "I Mind", "Unluck" and "Air & Lackthereof". The entire first album is perfect. He created a few sounds that are really popular in hip-hop, pop and electronic music these days.

I use self massage for anything other than emergencies. A tennis ball pushed into your back or butt, against a hard wall or the floor could work wonders, depending on where the problem actually is.
A general rule of thumb for me is to massage the whole body to find where there is the must tightness, often there are issues you didn't even realize, not serious, just tightness that builds up over time due to habits and put pressure on the spine. (not professional advice)

If they log in with gmail or X, the intention is for the account to be used for a while with that sign up method.
They are able to claim the keys right away tho, they just need to sign out, sign in, and they'll see the claim keys button in their settings.
Once the keys are claimed, they can't use the x or gmail to sign in again.
with Hive authority you need to use tweeter to verify your account and you can download the keys directly during sign up.

I'm not really crazy about pop music but three pop albums that are perfect masterpieces:
Bjork - Vespertine
James Blake - James Blake
Aromanticism - Moses Sumney
None of these artists topped the charts but they influenced many of the biggest names out there. I can't really relate to a lot of their later work, but the first albums of James Blake and Moses Sumney and the first 4 or 5 from Bjork completely changed how I see music.

It's not about old or new for me. There are so many less famous artists who I think are way more interesting. Popular usually just means more advertising money put into it and easy to understand.
I am a little curious about Billie Eilish, but haven't gotten around to listening to her.
Taylor Swift did make a song or two with Bon Iver though, which surprised the hell out of me. I like Bon Iver a lot. I had no idea he was connected to such big names.
Most of the new music I like is underground and not pop. Recently listening to experimental electronic from Uganda. :-P
