We can do this by not making personal references. When you finally "overthrow" the overlords, what is the plan? What will you do differently so as not to become what you once criticized?
Did you do your research about these witnesses to see why they are in those positions? Or do you think they rigged their way to the top 20 without doing anything?
If you want people to vote them out, then you will have to provide alternatives - better ones with evidence of why they should replace the overlords.
I understand your frustration with the "Hive mentality". I've witnessed tons of downvote wars over different issues on this chain. I love healthy competitions but if you've ever been caught in between downvoting war of Whales as a small account, you will quit the platform. Look at what Leo has built over time. Now imagine some big accounts that put all active lions on automatic downvotes.
I don't know what you expect of me so as not to have this "hive mentality". If you have a solution, I don't think publishing behind a paywall will help so much. I don't know about others, but I do my research quite well before voting in witnesses. The ones I can't research, I mirror the votes of those I trust. I do believe that big and important things will happen and that they will mostly be negative. Wars and rumors of wars are everywhere. People in many countries are fed up with their governments. Governments are racing to borrow and tax as much as they can. Governments are jawing back and forth about tariffs and trade wars.
It is a tumultuous time in the world. I do think that all of the bad things will ultimately improve the world and allow it to progress on to better things. I just think the next 5 or so years are going to be rough.
A new year always comes with new expectations and we try to think positively about world events. Even if things don't look good, we must keep the hope that Big and new things will happen in 2025

Been here 8 years. After my first year I realized it was silly to speculate on coins I knew nothing about when I could easily invest in the Hive ecosystem which I knew intimately.
I made one huge mistake though, I didn’t keep any loose hive so I couldn’t take profits to buy back lower. I’d probably have a stake 3x bigger if I did that.
It's better late than never. I have very little regret with Hive. It has played a huge role in my life financially. Yes, I could have tripled my stake in some cases as well. Now, I just power down whenever I smell the bull coming and try to ride the wave as much as I can without getting burned.

We had to do a fair bit of refactor and migrating from what we built prior in VSC testnet, this has created quite a bit of delay in our overall dev process. However, within only a few more weeks, we will be at feature parity, and not far from mainnet launch. In the meantime, we've solidified numerous features that were once mere ideas as solid offerings of the protocol.
We will be doing a short 1-2 week testnet before kicking off our mainnet launch. Along with thorough testing before users start flowing through. Aside from all this, we have a lot cooking, and it's only the beginning of a long road forward. See you at the top.

I'm not convinced that they would get liquidated as traditional traders would. They are buying the shares outright, not on brokerage margin.
And they're paying almost nothing on the bonds, under 1%.
And the bonds are convertible.
And even if they had to "liquidate", the bondholders would get first dibs over shareholders. But at a discounted share price, it would make more sense to convert the bond to more shares and wait for number to go up.
Things would definitely get dicey, but probably only if they don't take their foot off of the borrowing gas pedal.

Governments are racing to borrow and tax as much as they can. Governments are jawing back and forth about tariffs and trade wars.
It is a tumultuous time in the world. I do think that all of the bad things will ultimately improve the world and allow it to progress on to better things. I just think the next 5 or so years are going to be rough.

been with MAC's now for almost 15 years. Never going back lol
we’ve been sharing a PC laptop for a few years now. Decided that in the next year we’d buy one windows and one Mac.
I’m not used to Mac at all. They still confuse me
In my country HP and Asus brand are the trending ones.
I’ve had decent experiences with both but also some problems. An Acer was the worst PC I ever owned. Asus second best.

We would it often in Hawaii but haven't found a convenient place to eat it in North Carolina.

Been here 8 years. After my first year I realized it was silly to speculate on coins I knew nothing about when I could easily invest in the Hive ecosystem which I knew intimately.
I made one huge mistake though, I didn’t keep any loose hive so I couldn’t take profits to buy back lower. I’d probably have a stake 3x bigger if I did that.
Yeah. Happened to me in 2021. Most of my hive was not liquid, and I could not sell at $3.

It's better late than never. I have very little regret with Hive. It has played a huge role in my life financially. Yes, I could have tripled my stake in some cases as well. Now, I just power down whenever I smell the bull coming and try to ride the wave as much as I can without getting burned.

The last 2 weeks have been marked with tremendous progress on VSC mainnet. We had to do a fair bit of refactor and migrating from what we built prior in VSC testnet, this has created quite a bit of delay in our overall dev process. However, within only a few more weeks, we will be at feature parity, and not far from mainnet launch. In the meantime, we've solidified numerous features that were once mere ideas as solid offerings of the protocol.
We will be doing a short 1-2 week testnet before kicking off our mainnet launch. Along with thorough testing before users start flowing through. Aside from all this, we have a lot cooking, and it's only the beginning of a long road forward. See you at the top.

I just figured that out a little while ago. You need to claim before it can show on your wallet. You can do that by clicking on your account image if you are using desktop and claim the reward before it can show on your wallet
I was referring to the USD balance of your Hive wallet. It's wrong on yours too. I think it just shows the total liquid balance, and excludes HP.
That, I never noticed. it excluded the HP value.
The long story short is that you immune system can fight a virus but your immune system cannot fight a DNA altering injection so be cautious of lab injections related to DNA stuff
