My Hive Goals for 2026 Week #29 and extending my HP goal

I have decided to start posting a weekly update on my progress toward my 2026 goals here on Hive. It helps me stay on track, and I can realize if I am behind on a goal at any point in time. It's the seventh month of the year so far, and there is plenty of time left in the year. Also, for everyone's note, the Saturday Savers has ended, but the Slothly Savers Club has started in its place.

Progress

Above are statistics that I have gotten from HiveStats. This week is looking worse than last week, and it all adds up over time.

HP

I earned 126 HP earned throughout the week. I am checking this through the difference between the two endpoints on the graph on Hivestats. It's been a great week. I decided that I would extend my HP goal by 1,000 Hive to 24,00 is a realistic goal.

HBD

HBD.png
I earned 0 HBD this week. With the price of Hive lower, we have hit the debt limit. This means that we will be earning Hive instead of HBD. I won't be able to add to my HBD savings for a while, but the interest will help me towards that goal. When the Hive price is above the debt limit, I'll add to my savings. There isn't much I can do here, but at least that interest will add up. The APR is more or less at 10%, but I think it might drop more in the future since we are still under the debt limit.

Conclusion

My progress is looking decent for now. I need around 2% per week, so this week I met that standard. HBD is officially behind where I need to be now. However, without any HBD being earned, it might not be enough if that doesn't change by the end of the year. Other than that, nothing much has changed, and I am just slowly grinding away at my goals. The HBD goal isn't looking that great as I am behind, and I don't think we will be getting HBD anytime soon with the current Hive price. My HP goal is looking great, but my HBD isn't. I am not sure if I want to leave it as is or change some Hive into HBD later down the year. The HP is ahead, but the HBD isn't. I extended the HP goal slightly to something that I think is manageable.

Do you have any goals for 2026? What is the progress towards your own goals?

Feel free to leave a comment if you read my post. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and I will do my best to answer.

It's a nice tool, but my current goals aren't related to the number of comments/posts. So I think its easier to keep track using a spreadsheet.

Great week indeed, I think the little bump in price actually increased payout I think, I'm not so sure.

It might have, but I think the price is more or less in a range right now.

I looked at the account and the post, but I am not interested in investing into a different project at this time. All those projects seem to have failed, and I have kind of moved away from Hive Engine. Sure, this one is a bit safer since its delegation based, but I prefer to curate myself.

Also, I understand the skepticism if I was you I might not be interested too cause of previous experiences

Although keep an eye as a passive observer on the project

While I understand and respect your skeptical approach cause of HE history

I decided to drop the text I just dropped to sloth buzz....

For the purpose of u being a passive observer of the project

I am available on 1v1 call as well to explain the project. Unfortunately I didn't explained all the depths on chain about it.

But basically it compounds like crazy. Place two mirrors in front of one another and see the reflections. This ♾️ cycles of compounding makes sure future dividends increase. Along with our burner algorithm that reduces supply.

So although it's inflationary, each pakx is backed by real assets mostly HP and some other L2s in different treasury accounts.

It's much more than what the eye sees....
