My Hive Goals for 2024 Week #13

I have decided to start posting a weekly update on my progress toward my 2024 goals here on Hive. It helps me stay on track and I can realize if I am behind on a goal at any point in time. We are starting the 4th month of the year so one quarter of the year is up already. If I need to towards the end, I'll push whatever is behind then. However, I am wondering just how much I need to purchase if things continue the way it is now.

Progress

Above are statistics that I have gotten from HiveStats. This week is looking a a bit worst than last week but I still think that I am doing quite well on my own goals so far. Progress is progress as it all adds up over time.

HP

I got slightly less than last week with 60 HP earned throughout the week. 10 of which was from the HPUD yesterday. I am checking this through the difference between the two endpoints on the graph on Hivestats. My author rewards are down while my curation is about the same compared to last week. I think I am doing fine though as I am doing a decent job of using up my voting power but there were a few days where I wasn't able to use up all my voting power. It's just a slow process of earning HP through consistent activity. There may have been a few days where my voting power was full but I don't think it happened that often.

HBD

I gained 17 HBD last week and I deposited all of that into my Savings this week. It's more than last week so that is good news at least. The HBD is starting to really stack up quite a bit.

LEO Power

I did earn 38 LEO last week it was up compared to last week. It's not that much and I need to start going back to threads soon to earn more LEO. I am not earning enough LEO to make my minimum without buying more LEO. I should have enough for the next LPUD but the danger is in the month after. I heard that the ad buyback should be coming in soon. So I might see a small bump later on due to that, but I am still waiting.

Conclusion

My progress is looking fine so far. Both HBD and LEO power are ahead of where I need to be right now. The HBD goal is looking quite good. At the current point, I should be close to 25% because March will be ending in less than a week. I have added more than 50% HBD than what I needed and LEO is still ahead of where I need. However, LEO is in danger if I can't earn enough LEO so threads are what I should start doing. HBD being above what I need is an advantage though because I can turn that into HP or LEO as I need it later in the year.
