Discovering New Scenic Spot In The Miyun District
Beijing Municipal is so large, with an area of more than 16,000 square kilometers. And Miyun district is the largest district that covers around 1500 square kilometers. Moreover, almost 60% of the whole area of Beijing is full of mountains and wild forests and several lakes. Miyun is in the northern part of the city. It is also the neighbourhood next to where I live, the Huairou district. The eastern and northernmost district of Beijing is Miyun, which is about 70 km from the city centre. There is no other district after it. This area is more in touch with nature because it has many wild mountains, forests, and it has the largest lake in Beijing Municipal, from where many rivers flow into the downtown area. All of these natural characteristics make it a beautiful place to explore. There are less number of large buildings in the city, and only a few people live in this faraway place.
I recently went to a new part of the city on the weekend. In Miyun City, I can enjoy the beautiful nature with a much closer look. I have discovered a beautiful spot where the Jingmi Diversion Channel originated, and it travels towards the Huairou water reservoir in my living district. It reflects the construction plan of modern China, where everything is properly planned to solve any water crisis in the whole region, where no natural river is found. There are also a lot of nature sights to see in the area where the starting point becomes quite spacious near the wild mountains. There are a lot of mountains in the north-west and all over the area. There are different points of view in this area where these pictures were taken on both sides of the channel. It's really lovely to go there and enjoy the natural beauty.
This beautiful neighbourhood is more attractive on a beautiful day when the sky is a deep blue. There isn't much traffic in this faraway part of Beijing Municipal, so it was quiet. The area has a lot of natural scenic spots spread out. There is a beautiful, tiny culvert that is quite high above the water, and from there it's easy to enjoy the natural beauty of both sides. It was great to enjoy the walk to such a beautiful place that will calm your eyes and make your heart feel completely happy.
The sun made it very hot during the day when I was exploring the spot. The air quality was very good, and the weather was great. So the beautiful views on both sides were great. It was nice that there was a clear road to get there. The water in the Baihe River and the channel is very clear. The mountains and nature on both sides of the area make this a very beautiful place.
As spring comes on, the weather is getting better, and the scenery is more stunning with the excellent weather in this area. There is no cloud in the blue sky, and the air is quality was top-notch. You can see a long way. All these made the moment a great one in a great location to explore nature.
There are many mountains in the Miyun area, most of them in the west and north. On the water body, there are many trees which are submerged in the water and create a breathtaking look of the mountains, forest and the crystal clear water reflecting the sky with ripples on the water surface.
I hope you like my photos of the astonishing views of the Jingmi Diversion channel's starting point area near the mountain region of Miyun district, where nature becomes more beautiful. This area will definitely soothe anyone's heart with its excellent natural beauty and the serenity of lush greenery of the trees, both don't he banks and on the mountains in front of the area. The comfortable, gentle weather and the excellent air quality were also enjoyable, making great use of my weekend in such a great exploration. If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them as much as I can afford.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wishing you a good day!
I took all the photos, and these are my own property.

There really is something about the sea that captivates me. Thank you for sharing this place. I hope I can visit there as well I can see how beautiful the place is.
You are welcome my friend.
Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
The water of the Yellow River flowing through Beijing was muddy and unsuitable for human drinking water. So, reservoirs and canals were built to filter the clear water and use it as drinking water.
I wonder why you are so fond of the clear water flowing in the reservoirs and canals of Beijing! Aren't there rivers and reservoirs with clear water in Bangladesh?
I love them also in my country, but mountains with rivers are not too common there. On plain land,, all the rivers do not have clear water like here, as they carry soil particles from the upper streams from the the Himalayan regions. We have thousands of rivers and canals in Bangladesh, so our land is very fertile.
