Greetings, #freewriters community!

Describe what you see:

I see a mural in a public space, cleverly used and beautified with these images of a fox and a rooster. The natural grass surrounding the space adds a unique touch.

Describe what you feel:

I feel a challenge, which I interpret as: I'm bigger than you, I can do more, you can't escape me.

On a farm, the owners raise many animals, such as pigs, and birds like chickens and roosters, because they love them so much. They also raise eggs to sell or share with family and friends.

In addition to the animals mentioned above, they have others. This farm is a paradise for everyone, both the owners and the animals. The animals are treated with great respect when it comes to feeding and caring for them. Each one has its own space. Sometimes, many of these animals seem to be celebrating, running around the farm in a frenzy, under the trees where they enjoy the cool shade.

For several nights now, the owners have noticed a lot of commotion in the chicken coop. They go out to check but find nothing. There's a very cunning fox that hasn't yet been seen by anyone. It's stealthy because it wants to hunt a beautiful rooster that crows every morning, bringing joy to those who live there. The owner of the farm has set a trap because he suspects what's happening, and some neighbors have already raised the alarm about a fox prowling the gardens. They haven't seen it, but as farmers, they are on high alert.

One night, they decided to keep a close eye on the rooster. The rooster was very close to the trap when the fox approached and, in a fierce manner, placed its front paws on the rooster, who began to squawk. When the owners came out, the fox didn't notice and, in its haste to escape, took a few steps back and fell into the trap.

So clever, and look how it ended up in a cage where it would be kept for a few days because, despite the damage these foxes cause, the owners greatly respect nature…either they give it to a zoo or look for alternatives to avoid taking other measures.

The rooster wondered to himself, "Who is stronger? Does size determine strength?"

I really liked your story. For a moment, I thought it would have a sad ending where the fox achieves his goal, but thankfully the chicken was saved 😂. Greetings, @mercmarg 🤗.

You have described the nature of both animals: the fox always on the lookout for new prey, and the birds nervous in the face of danger. The farm owners' attitude is the best.

The rooster isn't stronger since the big mouth received help. I don't find people who take in the living habitat of an animal and think about locking them up in a Zoo animal lovers.
I wonder what the fox should eat and about the imbalance in nature people create.
