Thankfully, another week is almost coming to an end. One more work day then my day off is here again. 🙌 I don't believe it rained today at all. Well, the sky got dark with clouds, but that's just about it. 🤔 I'm glad I watered the plants a little bit.
My power bill is late! 🤔 It's usually up by this time of the month. Oh well! 🙄 I was hoping to settle it before I head out for my fourth treatment this Sunday. I think I may need to adjust my plans for the weekend. 😒 No fun.
There it is.. my corned beef pasta. It's a good thing I bought a good quality corned beef (Highlands Gold says it's made with angus beef). 😋 I've never been a fan of canned corned beef, but I can make an exception for this one. It went so well with the Italian style spaghetti sauce. 😅 It was surprisingly good.

I suppose this is about seizing opportunities and taking risks. I guess if you don't take a chance, then you will most likely fail. If you at least try, then you may have a chance to succeed. 😝 I guess that's what I did when I tried looking for Xin myself. I may have failed but at least I tried. I think now I need to wait if she'll ever come back home. 🙏❤️💡

I have only eaten cornbeef from the can when I fry potatoes and onions, I add a can to the skillet after draining the oil when the potatoes are done. I mix it and cook a little longer.
