Happy new work week ahead to all 🎉 I seriously took a break yesterday even from posting for #Sundaysnaps. I was too tired from the mall run having completed 3647 steps according to my mobile phone AI assistant. One thing for sure, I hit over my limit so I needed the rest. Thankfully, the acupuncture massage therapy seemingly helped me with less pain when I woke up this morning. I truly can't wait for the next treatment. I still have three more sessions left. If this is helping me, I'm more than willing to sign up for more sessions. I just need to remember not to push myself over the limit.
After my session, I treated myself to the cheeseburger beast meal again while I waited for my brother at the food court. If you remember around two weeks ago, I shared about Burger Beast and the take out I bought before heading to the cinema to watch Captain America 4. I ate this meal in the dark. Now I ordered it for dine in so I would see what I enjoyed eating back then. 😅 Yes, I can be pretty weird sometimes. My brother arrived with my niece. Glad they could assist me with the purchases I did at the mall yesterday.
Sorry @benthomaswwd no unboxing of the new Acer monitor I got. I'm glad to be back using my personal pc, although not too glad I'm $125 poorer from this emergency purchase. 😒 I could have used that for monthly food expenses. Oh well, that's life!
Today's title is from one of the major news for the day here. You can read more 'Danger' level heat index forecast for NCR for 2 days. Apparently, today is one of the hottest day. Wait! Where did this heat wave come from? Just a couple of days ago, the weather bureau kept reporting the northeast wind is still in effect (meaning weather is still cool). Then, it's suddenly summer?!?! 😮 Glad to be hiding in the comfort of the cooling system as I'm writing this post. Even the kitties aren't feeling cold. I think they're enjoying the cooling system right now too. Alas, wish me luck. Summer is not my favorite time of the year for as long as I'm living in this flat.

I guess this is true if one is not a winter person. I honestly have no idea how cold winter can be, but I am well aware of how hot summer can be. 😅 I think I will enjoy spring time too as it's lovely to be seeing flowering plants bloom again. Right now, I'm not too fond of summer esp. if the heat indices are in the 40+C's. I think that's way too hot. Would it be lovely to be in the lower 20C's? I think I would prefer the latter any day.

All righty, I'm back for another week of tracking. Whew! I'm glad I got to resolve the busted monitor issue for the post today. Slow yet steady growth all across. I do have some other tokens but I mainly track them in my mind. 😅 I really do not want a longer list. It's easier to track when I keep the list shorter too. Main goals remain: 15K HP, 200 HBD, 75K AP.

It's the first full week in March. One work day done, five more to go. I certainly can not stop summer, but I pray I survive the heat. 🙏❤️💡 I can't wait till it gets cooler again.

Oh boy, it came out of the blue here, although it is quite expected since March started. It's almost the start of summer (waiting for official announcement). IMO, it's summer !LOL no fun as it's too hot. Pretty soon we will be experiencing heat in the 40Cs 😓 do take care and stay hydrated!
