Staking Your ALIVE Tokens - #IAmAliveChallenge Thursday, December 7, 2023
Get back to work and staking more ALIVE. Somehow I got many things to do today. Even, right now... I'm downloading Windows and Linux OS for my uncle. I didn't know what happened. In summary, His old laptop had a problem -> He went to a computer service center -> Changed the HDD to a new SSD -> Moved the old data from the HDD to the SSD -> No OS was installed yet. He didn't even take the old HDD. The person in charge just gives the DVD Installation for Windows and Microsoft Office (Dunno if it's cracked or original) + No key provided. I was speechless at first as to why didn't the person in charge install Windows before moving the data. It's funny to see that the SSD is working like Flash Disk right now because of no OS installed.
I think I might live boot Linux to move the documents first and then install Windows 10 Pre-Activated there. He has an Original Windows 7 Home key but I think he forgot to upgrade it before. He asked me to install Windows 10 instead. I just hope his old laptop will endure that Windows 10.
