Me estrené mi franela de Actifit! / I wore my Actifit shirt for the first time!

Desde mediados del año pasado, justo cuando @palabras1 hizo su remera con el logo de @actifit tuvo la gentileza de mandar a hacer una de mi talle, sobre todo porque impulsada de alguna manera por las conversaciones con él, además de otros cambios internos, decidí llevar una vida más acorde con la consigna de esta comunidad "mantenerme en movimiento".

No es que haya sido sedentaria del todo, pero tampoco era consciente de cuánto caminaba o de otras actividades que sin ser necesariamente ejercicios convencionales, ayudan a mejorar mi movilidad y elasticidad.

Desde 2025, hice un pacto de no agresión conmigo misma, haciendo lo que considero adecuado para favorecer mi salud física y mental, y ha sido de provecho dentro de mis horarios complicados poder combinar trabajo con rutinas, pudiendo rendir mis tiempos para todo (o casi todo) lo que deseo hacer.

Cuando llegó el lote de franelas de Actifit, que a bien mandó a hacer Marcelo, me avisó para que pasara por ella a su casa, y aunque no vivimos tan lejos el uno del otro, mis tiempos no me daban para ir y volver a casa a descansar. Fue por eso que aprovechando unos días de descanso que me dieron en el trabajo que fui hasta Ezeiza y pude tenerla en mis manos.

De inmediato fui al baño y me cambié! Lo primero que me encantó fue el tipo de tela, bastante ligera y elástica, pero sin deformar el diseño impreso. Se siente como parte de la piel, y eso es importante para cuando estás entrenando, pues nada más incómodo que tener una ropa que no se adapte a los movimientos que uno desea hacer.

Como he bajado de peso, el que se ajuste al cuerpo es otra ventaja, pues no se me ve como si fuera de otra persona. Lo mejor, es que lleva los logos de Hive y de Actifit, pudiendo también hacer un poco de ruido sobre el ecosistema, dándome pie para realizar onboarding entre personas con diferentes intereses, sean deportivos o no.

Realmente ha sido el primer estreno de ropa del año, que además vino no solo como un regalo, sino también con los ánimos para seguir ejercitándome y el mensaje implícito que invita a cumplir mis sueños y metas para este 2026.

It's not that I was completely sedentary, but I wasn't aware of how much I walked or did other activities that, without necessarily being conventional exercises, help improve my mobility and flexibility.

Since 2025, I made a non-aggression pact with myself, doing what I consider appropriate to promote my physical and mental health, and it has been beneficial within my complicated schedule to be able to combine work with routines, allowing me to make time for everything (or almost everything) I want to do.

When the batch of Actifit T-shirts that Marcelo had ordered arrived, he told me to stop by his house to pick them up, and although we don't live that far from each other, I didn't have time to go home and rest. That's why I took advantage of a few days off from work to go to Ezeiza and pick them up.

I immediately went to the bathroom and changed! The first thing I loved was the fabric, which is quite light and stretchy, but without distorting the printed design. It feels like part of your skin, which is important when you're training, because there's nothing more uncomfortable than wearing clothes that don't adapt to the movements you want to make.

Since I've lost weight, the fact that it fits my body is another advantage, as it doesn't look like it belongs to someone else. The best thing is that it has the Hive and Actifit logos on it, so I can also spread the word about the ecosystem, giving me the opportunity to bring people with different interests together, whether they are sports enthusiasts or not.

It was really the first new outfit of the year, which not only came as a gift, but also with encouragement to keep exercising and the implicit message to fulfill my dreams and goals for 2026.
