Splinterlands - Season 123 Highlights

Hello Splinterfans!

Season 123 has ended and this season I couldn't play very much at all in modern as I have been sick and busy with stuff IRL. It has caused me to drop down to bronze league which isn't nice to be there. When I was playing, I was managing to win but not enough to climb me out to silver even!

However, I think from tomorrow I will be able to play more and get myself back to the gold league ready for the Rebellion release. There are some great cards coming and I am not sure how I am going to start collecting the new cards, which ones should I prioritise first.. plus we have the new summoners and tactics to use.. its going to get very interesting very quickly!

My deck seems to be doing well enough in gold without me for some reason, I don't know if I need to improve or we just can't beat bots at this level of complication.

After collecting the new Bortus last season, I didn't get a chance to try and grab some more Untamed bargains, but there are a few cards that I have my eye on. I was thinking a Kron at level 3 would be nice, but I will see how the price develops once Rebellion is here.

The other news is that Rebellion only frays will come to Brawls and this could really mix things up as people are only starting to build their Rebellion decks and this could create some huge winning opportunities to those who are well prepared.

My End of Season chests were not so great financially, but I was happy to pull a really sought after legendary Kulu Mastermind who is one of the most useful monsters to have in water.

To go with him, I was happy to pull a gold foil Coastal Sentry. Another one of my favorites in water. Still many more of these both to collect to max them out.

I still only have 2 of Kulu, so can't even play him at level 2 yet, but just one more pull and I am there. I will then get his awesome shield ability that will make him even more deadly.

My full season rewards were ok, with more SPS than last season and a good haul of cards which I like to see. A few more gold foil would be nice as usual! haha

My staked SPS has increased to 105849(105511). My overall SPS income was slightly lower than last season. I hope with me playing more this one, it should go back up.

Other news is that Land has been realeased and I've been watching to see what others are doing before diving in. I am still pretty clueless with regards to land but this is on my list to get my first land and get started, I hope I'm not too late to the party!
