The End Product In View // LOH Contest #255.

Hello beautiful Ladies in the house, it's your girl again on this one and we are already in a new week, it's a privilege being among the living and we are grateful for that, so for this week I would be contesting on the first contest topic of today plus I would be siding for the team "repair to my liking" let's reason together, shall we?

I am going with this team not because of quantity but because I want to change quantity to quality and here's how plus why, not withstanding the fact that the house is old and needs renovation we can all agree that there's still possibility that it can be renovated and remodeled to whatsoever the owner deems fit, that's to say I have seen the possiblity of buying that old, faded and out fashioned house and converting it into what I like or what I can feel at home in, and because the house would be less cheaper I would be using the remaining money left to do the renovation which is likely approximate to buying the other house if cost is been analyzed well.

That house should be full of memories and history, once upon a time it was one of the most fashioned apartment that was reigning so bringing back and restoring such big beautiful house that was once filled with laughter could be one of the "to do" on my list meaning it could be among those projects that after accomplishment it brings some sense of satisfaction or even fulfilment that yess I have done something worthwhile, to me I am seeing it like an exciting adventure to embark on.

Problem solving can be an adventure only if you love solving mysteries and this me always like cracking out and bringing solutions to problem, even though I know strategies, finance, time and dedication is something I must sacrifice I am willing to do so and I would even start by creating a plan how ground so as to guide me in my decision making, likely to go round the project work to identify what needed attention so as to include it in the plan and budgets.

Let's not forget the catch here, we have a bigger house with enough space which can be used for alot of things like starting up a business of rearing animals either catfish, chickens, goats or anything of such, which would save the money of going to get a different place for that, imagine going for the small house and been restricted in doing some certain things because there isn't enough space. I have also checked and see that it's a good investment strategy to buy the house, renovate it to the best of decorations ever and then stage it for reselling, it would definitely add the price double if not triple thereby earning more than you invested in.

It might come with it ups and downs, just set your heart to be ready for anything because the end product would be a shout of victory.
