State of CTP and our future plans

Thanks to my Discord friends, they encouraged me to write a post re: the state of CTP and the misc. sites and tools associated with the token.

CTP Ownership and recent downvotes

First, let's talk about CTP ownership. A while back I purchased the clicktrackprofit.com domains, token ownership, and business from Jon Olson. (@jongo for those who know him). It's an honor and privilege to be able to purchase a business that was integral in my understanding of affiliate marketing from someone who truly understands the industry. Jon is a great mentor and friend.

He informed me on our Discord that some folks on the Hive blockchain have been downvoting his posts, etc. thinking that he is still the owner of CTP. He's not. I am.

If you are frustrated with the direction and timeline of when tools are coming back online, please don't downvote Jon. If you feel that downvoting is the right way to show your dissatisfaction with the token, brand, tools, etc., then direct it my way (@threesteps) instead of his.

CTP Tools and their Functionality

There's a myriad of tools associated with CTP. Since I've taken over, I let many of these tools suffer and that's on me. However, CTP is alive and functioning, even on a lift-support level. :)

ctptalk.io

Currently, our frontend is ctptalk.io. The site is working as expected, and ctp payouts have been occurring after the 7 day curation period.

clicktrackprofit.com and other sites

The flagship of the CTP affiliate marketing business, clicktrackprofit.com website is currently down publicly. However, I've been able to get it working and stood up properly in my home lab. I'm reworking and rebranding it here and when it's ready, I'll release it publicly.

The same is true for ctpx.io (which I REALLY love) and listnerds.

Our Discord

The Discord we use now is my 3Steps.Today Discord Server. Thanks to the efforts of @imfarhad , @pjansen and others, the Discord has been doing fine.

Matter of fact, some of the encouragement from these folks has really helped me keep going. It's also where I post more regularly than on Hive.

What's Next

My goal is to get our tools (the various sites and ctptip bot) working and rebranded. I am working on this actively, and will be providing more timely updates, thanks to assistance from some of the great CTP members who are helping me.

CTP Burn Project

@imfarhad has been diligent about continuing his project of burning ctp to reduce the # of tokens on the market, increasing scarcity, which should help over the long-term in increasing the value. I've been selling my other tokens I earn and sending him the hive-swap so he can buy ctp off the market and burn it. Looking forward to the net long term results of this.
