CTPBoost curation account created and initial funds added!

Now that our CTPM mining pool is paying out again, I started the unstake of my @threesteps CTPM mining tokens and am transferring them to our new curation trail account: @ctpboost.

I gave our new account 25 hive and 32,000 CTP from my @threesteps account so I have some voting mana to start with.

The goal is to use the new account to grow its CTP balance, and use it to upvote quality posts tagged with #ctp. The unstake of the miners completes in 1 week.
