Cryptocurrencies as the topc technology development in my mind

  I love technology and how it develops. For sure, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is something that is bringing applications in all areas. The lay population before ChatGPT, I think, imagined that AI was like that Stephen Spielberg movie of the robot playing as a son but with the whole capacities of human beings. But now the whole population can taste the power of AI in their daily tasks. Editing and creating figures, chatting and translating and even generating videos. Everyone can install these tools on their mobile device or use them on their computer. It is a game changer for sure helping in the health area, and other areas like transport, financial and security. But my favourite technology right now is cryptocurrencies.

  We all know what AI is bringing, but there are also some dangerous usabilities that we have been discussing a lot in society. Even here in Hive, authors are using so much that it is difficult to recognize what is human or machine-made. So on one hand, we have a beautiful side in helping humanity, but also destroying a bit of its essence. Cryptocurrencies in the other hand, bring much more hope and improvements to our future as society and individuals. It brings the power to us.

  The Bitcoin started a new wave of technological development to protect ownership of individuals from what the state was trying to get their hands on. The revolution that BTC started as an asset without the traditional banking system touching its hands continued with what we call altcoins. More banking alternatives appeared with lower fees and in a faster way. Today I was watching a video about information that I already knew. Recently, the Brazilian government raised the IOF ( the tax on international transactions). My wife works for a Brazilian company, so she brings her income to Canada through regular transactions.

  The video was talking about the reality right now in the country is going towards crypto to avoid this transaction tax since it doesn't consider Cryptocurrencies as a financial transaction. So, using stablecoins in the low-fee network is a reality right now in the country. In addition to banking alternatives, we have tokens that bring development in other areas like gaming and blogging. Hive, for example, is a big player in this area and despite not arriving in here in 2017, I am still pretty happy that I got here before it is too late and with still in a great momentum to continue investing in Hive and other crypto before all the whole world begins to use it.

  What we see about projects in Hive and in other blockchains gives hope for us. We dream about using stablecoins more in our daily life, including HBD. Our blogging community is growing and becoming stronger and also using more cryptocurrencies in our investment portfolio. It is the future that is taking steps slowly, but we can see more and more that new technology is more in the spotlight. Again, I love AI but since it has some scary points, it makes me feel a bit worried about the technology, but different from it, the crypto world is a sea of wonders.

  Eu adoro tecnologia e como ela se desenvolve. Com certeza, a Inteligência Artificial (IA) é algo que está trazendo aplicações em todas as áreas. A população leiga antes do ChatGPT, eu acho, imaginava que a IA era como aquele filme de Stephen Spielberg do robô brincando de filho, mas com todas as capacidades de um ser humano. Mas agora toda a população pode experimentar o poder da IA ​​em suas tarefas diárias. Editando e criando figuras, conversando e traduzindo e até mesmo gerando vídeos. Todos podem instalar essas ferramentas em seus dispositivos móveis ou usá-las em seus computadores. É um divisor de águas, com certeza, ajudando na área da saúde e em outras áreas como transporte, finanças e segurança. Mas minha tecnologia favorita no momento são as criptomoedas.

  Todos sabemos o que a IA está trazendo, mas também existem algumas usabilidades perigosas que temos discutido bastante na sociedade. Mesmo aqui no Hive, os autores estão usando tanto que é difícil reconhecer o que é humano ou feito por máquinas. Então, por um lado, temos um lado positivo em ajudar a humanidade, mas também estamos destruindo um pouco de sua essência. As criptomoedas, por outro lado, trazem muito mais esperança e melhorias para o nosso futuro como sociedade e indivíduos. Elas nos trazem poder.

  O Bitcoin iniciou uma nova onda de desenvolvimento tecnológico para proteger a propriedade individual daquilo que o Estado tentava obter. A revolução que o BTC iniciou como um ativo sem que o sistema bancário tradicional o tocasse continuou com o que chamamos de altcoins. Mais alternativas bancárias surgiram com taxas mais baixas e de forma mais rápida. Hoje eu estava assistindo a um vídeo sobre informações que eu já conhecia. Recentemente, o governo brasileiro aumentou o IOF (Imposto sobre Transações Internacionais). Minha esposa trabalha para uma empresa brasileira, então ela traz sua renda para o Canadá por meio de transações regulares.

  O vídeo falava sobre a realidade atual do país, que está migrando para as criptomoedas para evitar esse imposto sobre transações, já que não considera as criptomoedas como transações financeiras. Portanto, o uso de stablecoins na rede de baixa taxa é uma realidade no país. Além das alternativas bancárias, temos tokens que trazem desenvolvimento para outras áreas, como jogos e blogs. A Hive, por exemplo, é uma grande empresa nessa área e, apesar de não ter chegado aqui em 2017, ainda estou muito feliz por ter chegado antes que fosse tarde demais e por ainda estar em um ótimo momento para continuar investindo na Hive e em outras criptomoedas antes que o mundo inteiro comece a usá-las.

  O que vemos sobre projetos no Hive e em outras blockchains nos dá esperança. Sonhamos em usar mais stablecoins em nossa vida diária, incluindo HBD. Nossa comunidade de blogs está crescendo e se fortalecendo, e também usando mais criptomoedas em nosso portfólio de investimentos. É o futuro que avança lentamente, mas podemos ver cada vez mais que as novas tecnologias estão em evidência. Novamente, eu adoro IA, mas como ela tem alguns pontos assustadores, isso me deixa um pouco preocupado com a tecnologia. Mas, diferente dela, o mundo das criptomoedas é um mar de maravilhas.
