How I battle anxiety.

I hope you all are fine. Today, I am going to talk about a very sensitive topic that is very important in the modern world. Because we are dealing with so many mental health issues in individuals, especially in young minds, people are unable to express their weaknesses and their strengths.

I believe that in today's world, we have left conversations in the form of chatbots, AI, and social media. We are constantly comparing ourselves, comparing our lifestyles to the influence of social media celebrities. We have lost touch with what it means to be truly happy and mentally healthy.

So, I am going to tell you how I cope with anxiety in this age. There are multiple things that I do to keep myself away from anxiety. One of them is focusing on my breathing. Breathing is very important when it comes to anxiety. When you are constantly breathing, and your lungs and internal organs feel fine, you can cope with panic attacks and anxiety.

Other activities that I do personally include journaling and writing about my feelings. It helps me in so many different ways. I get to know more about myself, and I try to work on it whenever I am done being anxious. Journaling is one very healthy and productive activity. Whenever you feel anxious, lost, and on the verge of being depressed, you should start writing about it. Keep a journal; you will reflect on it when you are over that stage in your life.

This is what I have done so many times, and it has helped me. One thing that I would suggest to all of you is to seek support and talk to people whenever you need to. Please do not refrain from talking to people or seeking support. Mental health is a very serious and sensitive issue, and we should not undermine it at any cost.
