Hola hermosa comunidad de family and friends, ¿como va su semana? Espero que todo muy bien y la estén pasando chevere, yo muy emocionada por que ya estamos en la segunda mitad del año, y en mi familia la mayoría cumple años por estas fechas, y la primera y más especial es mi hermana.

Hello beautiful community of family and friends, how is your week going? I hope everything is going great and you're having a good time. I’m very excited because we’re already in the second half of the year, and in my family, most people have birthdays around this time—and the first and most special one is my sister.

Solemos planear su cumpleaños con mucho tiempo de antelación, con forme a lo que ella quiera claro, y esta ocasión fue algo sencillo pero significativo, la idea era ir a un restaurante de comida mexicana que nos encanta desde hace tiempo, y así fue.

We usually plan her birthday well in advance, according to what she wants of course, and this time it was something simple but meaningful. The idea was to go to a Mexican restaurant we’ve loved for a long time, and that’s exactly what we did.

Durante el día fuimos a hacer unas compras de cosas que nos faltaban para el cumpleaños, y cuando se acercaba la tarde, nos empezamos a arreglar para ir al restaurante, ya que el plan era mas o menos a las 7 de la noche. Cuando llegamos al restaurante como siempre una muy buena atención, @ariwang y yo pedimos del menú una quesadillas de birria y flautas de cochinitas al grill, ella un jugo de fresa y yo una piña colada.

During the day, we went shopping for some things we still needed for the birthday, and as the afternoon approached, we started getting ready to go to the restaurant, since the plan was for around 7 p.m. When we arrived at the restaurant, as always, the service was excellent. @ariwang and I ordered birria quesadillas and grilled cochinita flautas from the menu; she had a strawberry juice and I had a piña colada.

Toda la comida estaba super buena como siempre, además pasamos un muy buen rato conversando y disfrutando del ambiente. Me alegra mucho que @ariwang habrá pasado un buen rato en su día especial, además junto a kyoto que lo dejaron pasar sin problemas, no es la primera vez que visita este restaurant.

All the food was super good, as always, and we had a great time chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. I’m really happy that @ariwang had a good time on her special day, and also that Kyoto was allowed in without any problems—it’s not the first time he’s visited this restaurant.

Al regresar a casa, seguimos celebrando el cumple, cantamos cumpleaños y comimos del pastel que hice. Fue un placer compartir por aquí esta bella experiencia, espero les haya gustado.

When we got back home, we continued celebrating the birthday—we sang happy birthday and ate some of the cake I made. It was a pleasure to share this beautiful experience here; I hope you enjoyed it.
