Greetings Community
Learning and skills you would like to learn or improve this year.
This is an important suggestion. Most year-end meetings focus on asking about our overall vision for the coming year, where vision board ideas emerge, reflecting on how we started and where we see ourselves at the end of the current year.
Regarding learning and skills, I haven't had the opportunity to focus on this because we always tend to get sidetracked by other aspects.
One of the things I learned in 2025 was about yoga. I learned several things, and this activity has truly been very good for me. One of my plans for this year was to continue with yoga, to keep learning and improving. Well, today, January 14th, that plan changed… the instructor informed us that she will no longer have the support she had, that to continue she needs a group of 10 people, and of course, the cost structure would change. So, for the time being, I won't have her guidance. I can practice what I learned at home, and since I already know a bit about this type of physical activity, I can look for tutorials to refresh my memory and improve on some exercises.
However, when it comes to postures, I have to be very careful doing them alone because I could get injured, which is not what I want.

Another thing I've been thinking about is creating, adapting, and experimenting with ingredients to make simple recipes and offer them in the food and beverage communities on the platform. I've made it very clear here several times that I'm not much of a cook; my work has always been based on intellectual and academic pursuits. With so many activities, I never gave myself permission to dedicate time to cooking. I remember always making the basics without much fuss.
This time, since I have more free time, I can dedicate myself to it, experimenting with ingredients, documenting my progress, and offering a promising result. Another great thing is that I now enjoy my time in the kitchen; it's truly pleasant. A few days ago, I started making a milkshake-like drink with banana and flaxseed, and I immediately had an idea of how I could prepare it with other ingredients and how to present it.
The discipline of yoga and the art of cooking are the skills and learning I intend to improve this year.
