Jour de facture
Bonjour à tous , comment allez-vous en cette belle matinée ?
De notre côté , tout va plutôt bien , malgré un léger choc thermique en sortant ce matin . Passer de la chaleur douillette de notre appartement à la fraîcheur matinale extérieure a été un peu surprenant , mais nous nous en sommes bien remis , et l'essentiel , c'est que nous sommes en forme .
Ce matin , en faisant un petit tour d'horizon de nos comptes , nous avons eu une drôle de surprise . Nous nous sommes demandés pourquoi il nous restait soudainement autant d'argent . C'est à ce moment-là que nous avons réalisé que le loyer et les autres factures n'avaient pas été prélevés automatiquement comme d'habitude . Plutôt que de paniquer , nous avons pris les choses en main et avons réglé manuellement ces factures sur les différents sites des prestataires . Et là , tout est redevenu normal , avec une comptabilité à jour , c'est à dire quasiment à 0 , mais au moins tout est payer .
Heureusement , nous avons pris le temps de vérifier nos comptes avant de nous lancer dans de nouvelles dépenses . Il vaut mieux prévenir que guérir , n'est-ce pas ? Les surprises financières ne sont pas toujours les bienvenues , mais dans ce cas , elles nous ont rappelé l'importance de rester vigilants avec nos finances . Le dicton " Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir " prend tout son sens dans de telles situations .
En tout cas , nous espérons que vous aussi , vous passez une excellente journée , et n'hésitez pas à partager vos propres anecdotes et astuces pour gérer vos finances avec prudence . Nous sommes tous là pour apprendre les uns des autres .
Nous retournons maintenant à nos activité de la vie courante et vous disons à la prochaine , pour de nouvelle aventure .
C'est exactement pour cela que je n'automatise pas les facturation, je fais tout à la main le dernier jour du mois pour le mois suivant

Le 3 du mois, il me reste le reste à vivre : factures et un peu d'épargne se font automatiquement.
Nous disposons de revenus de fonctionnaires confortables mais notre train de vie est simple, ce qui nous a permis d'investir dans notre résidence principale en région parisienne (immobilier hors de prix).
J'attend encore pour investir mais juste un terrain qui m'intéresse vers chez moi
