Mango, oat and honey Smoothie(a nutritious delight)
Smoothies have always been an option for me anything i want something refreshing and nutritious. I love experimenting with different fruits, so recently, i decided to combine my mango with some oat and honey as sweetener.
Creamy, tasty and healthy mango, oat and honey Smoothie
This amazing smoothie isnt just tasty but it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals which makes it a good choice for everyone.
Taking this mango, oat smoothie twice a week is a good way to nourish your body while you're enjoying a delicious and refreshing drink.
Let me quickly show you how i made
this drink..
Ingredients needed
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/4cup of oats
- 2tablespoon of honey
how to Prepare
Wash and peel the mangoes, remove the seed and set aside.

Pour the oat into a blender and blend till powder and then set aside.
Pour the mangoes, oat and 1 tablespoon of honey into the blender, add some water to ease up a bit. Then blend till perfectly smooth.

Pour into a cup, add more honey to the drink and enjoy.
Now my mango oat smoothie is ready.

It's super tasty and highly nutritious. It's simple to make.
