Creamy guacamole for dip

If you ever get tired of eating avocado, tried making guacamole with it. The balance of creaminess, spice and subtle sweetness with reunite your love for avocado.

Guacamole is a creamy and flavorful dip made from avocado. It is paired with chips, biscuit, bread or even used as spread.
This is actually my first time of trying it and I enjoyed it. I saw the recipe sometime ago on the internet and ive been waiting for an opportunity like these to try it.

Let me quickly show you how i made it

Ingredients needed

• 2 ripe avocado pear
• half lemon
• 1 meduim size onion
• 1 teaspoon of red pepper flake
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 tablespoon of sugar
• biscuit for serving

How to make

Wash, slice the onion and set aside

I began by peeling, washing and cutting my onion into tiny bits. Then i set it aside for future use.

Cut the avocado pear and remove the edible

Then i cut open my avocado pear using a knife, then i removed the edible using my spoon. I also mashed the pear using the same spoon.

Add the onion,pepper, and lemon
After mashing, i added the cut onions, pepper flakes and the lemon. I mixed everything together.

Create a sugar syrup using the sugar and water

I added my sugar to quarter cup of water a d allowed it to boil till the liquid is thick and the sugar is completely dissolve.

Plate your guacamole and add the sugar syrup

You can add the sugar syrup before plating but i decided to plate before adding my sugar syrup. The sugar syrup elevated the taste.

Now my awesome guacamole is ready, i enjoyed with my biscuit. It will taste better with bread.
This is awesome, it's actually my first time of trying avocado this way and i would love to try it again.
The lovely creamy taste of avocado, the crunch and sweet taste of onion came to live in a single plate.
The sugar syrup gave it this lovely sweetness. I enjoyed it and i know it would definitely taste better with bread.
