Les cuento que la semana pasada estuve trabajando en 6 faldas que me encargaron, por acá les compartí un poco de cuando fui a comprar las telas, estás faldas eran para las chicas de un grupo de baile para las cuales hice hace tiempo unos crop tops morados que también publique en mi blog, para esto me escribió Claudia que fué la chica a la que le hice la entrega y también concretamos como iban a ser las faldas y todo se lo notificaba a ella para estar segura de que todo quedará bien.

I tell you that last week I was working on 6 skirts that I was ordered, here I shared a little of when I went to buy the fabrics, these skirts were for the girls of a dance group for which I made some time ago some purple crop tops that I also published on my blog, for this I wrote Claudia who was the girl to whom I made the delivery and we also agreed how the skirts were going to be and everything was notified to her to be sure that everything will be fine.

Hoy les quiero hablar sobre mi experiencia así que no será un tutorial completo, creo que en este trabajo me concentré tanto por cuestiones de tiempo que no me dió chance de tomar fotos, además por ser piezas tan grandes no me quedaban bien las fotos 🤪 las faldas tenía que ser amplias para que tuvieran movilidad así que use la técnica de corte circular también fué la opción más rápida pues es un solo corte y ya la falda está casi lista, para este proyecto usé la tela de chiffon crepe, una tela ligera y transparentosa que está perfecta para lo que quería las chicas, también trabajé diferentes tallas de cintura y alto, las chicas me hicieron llegar sus medidas y en base a esto trabajé, la falda quedó con una abertura total en un lateral y para la pretina dejé una tira larga con la que se pudiera sujetar a la cintura.

Today I want to talk about my experience so it will not be a complete tutorial, I think that in this work I concentrated so much because of time issues that did not give me a chance to take pictures, also for being so big pieces I did not look good the pictures 🤪 the skirts had to be wide to have mobility so I used the circular cutting technique was also the fastest option because it is a single cut and the skirt is almost ready, for this project I used chiffon crepe fabric, a light and transparent fabric that is perfect for what the girls wanted, I also worked with different waist and height sizes, the girls gave me their measurements and based on this I worked, the skirt was left with a full opening on one side and for the waistband I left a long strip that could be attached to the waist.

Las faldas quedaron bastante lindas y prolijas a mi parecer, las chicas quedaron conformes con el trabajo y pudieron hacer su presentación, no tengo fotos del evento por qué Claudia estaba tan ocupada que no tomó pero me hizo este video para ver las faldas en acción de allí saque un corto gif, estoy muy orgullosa de que mi trabajo está llegando tan lejos y que muchas más personas confíen en mi para hacer sus cosas, me encanta el arte en cualquiera de sus expresiones y ver a las chicas bailando con faldas hechas por mí me emociona mucho 😁😍 espero de corazón les haya gustado este post, kos vemos en un próxima oportunidad.

The skirts were quite nice and neat in my opinion, the girls were happy with the work and were able to make their presentation, I have no pictures of the event because Claudia was so busy that did not take but she made me this video to see the skirts in action from there I took a short gif, I am very proud that my work is getting so far and that many more people trust me to make their things, I love art in any of its expressions and see the girls dancing with skirts made by me excites me a lot 😁😍 I hope you liked this post, see you in a next opportunity.
