I can tell you that the world of coffee is so wide, rich and varied, we only have to learn to taste it with milk, black, brown, espresso, cappuccino and as we drink it in my beautiful native country of Venezuela, the popular "guayoyo" which consists for its preparation, where more water is added than ground coffee beans, sugar, milk, cinnamon, spices, chocolate, cardamom, among others, and everything will depend on the taste of each person.

Every moment, in every afternoon we feel the pleasure of drinking it, either adults or children because they are given bread with coffee either in the morning or in the afternoon, in addition to sharing it with those who visit us and depending on the taste of each person. In the region where I live, we can get it easily in the different shelves of supermarkets and grocery stores.

This drink can be taken on various occasions, as breakfast, snack, after meals, chatting with friends, with a delicious dessert or on rainy days. It is also used in social and cultural gatherings, such as funerals.

Today I come to share my experience with the Anzoátegui coffee, as for the color it is of a brown tone neither too light nor too dark, however personally I like strong coffee, therefore, I had to add a greater amount than I am used to with my traditional coffee that I always use, I do not like it to be soft but rather that at the end you feel the taste of coffee.

On the other hand, the smell of the ground coffee in the package is strong, its aroma is something like burnt coffee and when I prepare it, the whole house is filled with that aroma and I am reminded that life has color, flavor and that each sip fills me with happiness to continue enjoying the beautiful and pleasant moments of life.

Now to conclude, I can tell you that the Anzoátegui coffee is something soft and light at the moment of tasting it, but everything will depend on the taste of each person and the way of the preparation to achieve the ideal touch of each person, see you in another opportunity where I will be sharing more experiences with coffee, greetings and blessings.
