Today, after a long time, I enjoyed playing cricket with the children in the village and remembered my childhood days. #monomad
Hello friends, I hope all of you are healthy, well and living your life happily and peacefully. Friends, as today was Sunday and I went to my village in the evening, I played cricket with the children in my village, which was quite memorable, in today's time where all the children are busy with their phones and sorrows and are not able to do any physical games, so in this village even now a few children keep playing such games together.
Friends, now there are only small children in the village and I am the only one among them who can play games, rest of the people are busy in their work, I too, in the evening I thought why not play some cricket with the children today, there were also children studying in 9:10 class who were playing games with me, among them there were also very small children who had come to enjoy their life with us, a child of around 5-6 years was also playing games with us, we were also making the children play some games with love among ourselves.
When we were in the village and we used to study in school in class 10-11, there were many people in the village who played cricket. When we used to play with them, it was very difficult for us to get a chance to bat. We especially knew how to do fielding and bowling. For batting, the elders used to play first and when the overs were over, we were invited for batting. Bowling was also very difficult for us and I used to be very happy to do fielding because I liked playing with them. Elders who were employed in those days or did their own work and in the evening when we used to go to play cricket, there was a very good atmosphere. In those days, phone, video games etc. were available in very less quantity and it was very difficult to have these things in the village, so all the people in the village used to play physical games together like cricket, sometimes football and sometimes other things so that physical work could also be done. In today's time, it is very difficult to watch such games even in the village. Today, where every child is busy with the phone, he has to play these games. There is no time for things at all.
When we used to play cricket, we could neither get a proper bat nor a ball. We used to make a bed at home from wood and for the ball we used to make balls from cloth. We used to make balls from different kinds of clothes, be it socks or old clothes which were not used and we used to make balls by burning plastic. Today you will find them in the market but now the number of people using them has reduced even in the villages.
