they did not do a single buyback even when state that yield will Immediately use for that purpose, the RCBF it's not working at all so 2 weeks pass and there is no yield and not buyback.
With the weekly interest of SURGE (around $1500) they should send the price up to at least 0.80
But I imagine that they run out of money to cover the promises yield.

However a fair criticism.
Delays happen in Inleo land - I will give benefit of the doubt and play it by ear to see what happens or the next week or two.
