so, LSTR holdings at least still giving us a daily thread upvote meaning some LEO coming in. Now I am struggling to decide if swap my SURGE for LSTR or not.

Are you thinking that SURGE dividend payment would not be back again?

I don't belive, and I bet you that if they come back will be only for ACE tokens (or any other leostrategy product) no for HBD.

Right at the moment if you sell, you will suffer sure loss. We can only hope that the price to recover.

I doubt that the price will ever recover or the yield come back (probably will do but for ACE not HBD).
In term of loses, I probably will swap SURGE for LEO and then some for lstr to get more Thread upvoted daily. There is no loss if LSTR recover value.
