Same Africa in most homes, coal from burnt wood are used for cooking.
That's true, but none of that countries have a full working electrical system. Here there is people in 18 floors buildings cooking burning wood and coal because there is no electricity most part if the day and there is not gas supply. Because in Africa something is worst or similar don't make it right. Imagine have 10 hours of electricity daily, you will be ok with that because in Africa (or Cuba) there is places and people with no electricity at all?
