Imagine SURGE rise in value to 1.2 HBD. If you sell you can now get 0.18 HBD annually (if you put it in Savings) for each SURGE instead only 0.15.

Now, imagine if SURGE go up to 2 HBD.

Other case is that you sell and buy SURGE for profits in the oscilations.
