ok so I'm making a test swap of 20 Leo to USDt ARB.
Is there something else I'm supposed to do for the swap token button to be clickable?

Do you have Arbitrum ETH in the wallet? You need it for gas fees.

I agree and one thing I like about the dex is the User interface
you have to put in #feedback or no one is going to see this.
swap size is too small the screenshot has the top portion of the xcrrrn where the error is

Yeah if you were to zoom out on that screenshot, it would show a red message at the top of the page saying “swap size too small”
Maya has minimum swap sizes depending on the chains you’re doing. For that swap you have inputted, I think you need $6 at least
So that's the reason. I'm gonna try a bigger swap in a few minutes and I will let you know how it goes.
