You have several ways... either delegate $HIVE (via https://inleo.io/dashboard page) and get $LEO, or you can buy LEO in many of the available pools or the normal market:

(LEO market) https://hive-engine.com/trade/LEO
And then stake it... then when you upvote #inleo posts/comments some part is give to the upvoted person, and some other part is kept (powered) to you.
