So I found out that the issue I have been having with signing into HivePro, Rafiki Vote and the Predict page on the LeoStrategy site is the same. It could be that the sign-in design for these sites is missing something, or something has to be changed.
Usually, when I sign into other frontends or sites with the Hive Keychain app browser, it takes just 3-5 seconds to sign in successfully with just a short message having my username and some alphanumerics, but with the HivePro, Rafiki Vote and Predict, the message has more information, including the expiry of the sign-in time frame, and taking longer time trying to sign in without being successful and then giving an error message: "Request timeout".
It would be great if this were resolved so more people could use these tools on the go with their mobile phones.
I tried with both a Samsung tablet and a mobile phone.
Thanks.
Thanks for the feedback! It's been noted and will be reviewed.

Not familiar with HivePro or those sign-in issues, but mobile glitches like that kill productivity—especially for on-the-go tools. Consistency in tech matters as much as in investing. Hope @leostrategy fixes it soon
are you using the in app keychain browser?
Yes, I am.

@winanda, another fix has been pushed
The issue is timing out. On Android mobile it seems to keep timing out. We just tested this fix and it's working for us
tag us if you're able to get in or not. Thank you for the feedback
Hello @leostrategy. Thanks for including other sign in options.
I tried again to sign in on tablet and mobile phone with the Hive Keychain app browser, the Keychain and HiveAuth login option didn't work, still having the "Request timeout" error. I was only able to sign in with the "Direct key" option.
For now we can only use Direct key option to access the Predict page on mobile phones (Android), it will also be great if the issue with Keychain and HiveAuth sign-in options could be fixed.
Thanks.
