STV - I Admit; I KNOW NOTHING

Every Day A Different Story (9).jpg

Last week I was pondering the idea I maybe was expecting too much from Hivians.
Coming to the conclusion it was probably me, if you search hard enough and read between the lines there are always great finds. But sometimes it´s so in your face, you almost think you wrote it yourself.

I could have written this myself, not the music but the story that followed.

Not that I knew that when I opened the post; I was intrigued by what someone would consider a "War Ballad":

Someone in this case being @rok-sivante in his post:

A War Ballad...

Now I personally loved the track, it was just way too short if you ask me. The war had only just started, or ended but I could have listened to this for quite a bit longer. On the other hand a short war is probably better than a long one.

Although the logic of any war has been lost on me for decades, the only positive that comes from it is a quick reduction in overpopulation.

Not just during, but also after the war when all the traumas will cause death for many generations to follow.

I personally think that war is best fought from the inside out than from the trenches. Because oppression will always fail. But let´s leave that as a topic for another lazy Sunday Morning.

Today, it´s not about that type of war. It´s about what was written:

Most don't see yet. The reality of things is never cast on television. The hidden undercurrents of evolution require certain activation of senses to perceive, complex pattern recognition not a capacity all have acquired through awareness of what can only be accessed through continuous shadow work and red pills.

My Self-Serving Bias

Bloody hell, that sounds like me. I fully agree that there are still people that do believe what the Tube is telling them. But it changed, over the last couple of years many more people woke up.
Not the woke bunch screaming for equality in a world where nothing is equal, but those that look beyond the boundaries of their tv screen.

Then he comes with this part, which also took me quite some time (and quite some disappointment) to realize.

As much as i was one of those who wanted to "wake people up," eventually the wisdom sets in that not everyone is meant to, and it is usually not our role to intervene with others' process of discovery. (And that there are continuous levels of “waking up…” and that if we think we’re “awake,” we’ve probably barely even started.)

Oh boy, I so agree, many of those waking up are still in their infancy, or maybe just hitting puberty.

And reading my own awakening continues:

It's tough literally watching the world burn, knowing the manipulation that persists and how many still blindly buy it. Yet maybe its part of maturity to realize this world will never conform to our idealistic hopes & utopian fantasies, that God/universe has its own plans, and our collective evolution at some level requires war in numerous forms to propel things in ways the mind can't understand.

Damn @rok-sivante you rok! God and or the universe has a sick sense of humor and a masterplan that the human mind can never behold.

But accepting that is a huge step, it's like going from a self-serving biased screaming baby to a contemplating student. Corona woke up a lot of those babies, but many are yet unable to evolve and keep screaming.

Now I love a good conspiracy theory myself, and maybe it is because I have only evolved to the level that I think that the average human is a pretty simple creature that I think most conspiracies are some fact mixed with a lot of fiction.

I prefer to keep all possibilities open, as the multiple outcomes will give you multiple ways of handling the situations that are within your control.

Not Everything in the Bible Bull Crap

Because I do agree with the Serenity Prayer:

Father, give us courage to change what must be altered, serenity to accept what cannot be helped, and the insight to know the one from the other.

Choose your battles wisely my friends, for many battles are lost before they even started.

Believing in conspiracies is a battle lost if you do not fight to prove them. People were ridiculed and even killed for saying that the earth is round, now people are ridiculed for saying that the earth is flat.

People believe everything it´s just a matter of feeding them the BS the right way.

I know Nothing

That is why I tend to side with Plato: "I know that I know nothing."

Life is a sequence of endless possibilities and nothing is certain so doubt everything you know. That might be the only way to come closer to the Master Plan.

But How?

Well let me steal an example for you:
From the war ballad post

Now I love to believe that, but I know I can´t. What I can do is research. Find one or rather several "trustworthy" sources that can provide an alternative explanation.

No Rights No Wrongs until Proven Guilty

Light and especially sunlight has this awesome way of behaving in certain circumstances. In the mornings the sky can be vermillion red, and at sunset, we have that golden hour turning the skies orange.

IMG_20230618_002427.jpg

All because of how the light scatters.
Smoke can do a similar thing:

A narrow plume hiding the sun will look dark in its center as all light is absorbed. The smoke thins out, approaching the plume’s outer limits, and colors it red and orange as those wavelengths pass through relatively unscathed. Meanwhile, at the edges themselves, some blue light can be scattered directly toward you, making the plume’s outline appear bluish.

But if you are in the middle and you do not see the edges, you do not see the full picture. The world is made up of endless possibilities if you don´t comprehend the full picture and therefore I decided that I agree with Plato.

There is one more reason why I love conspiracies but often have a hard time believing them. Mankind is unable to keep a secret. And once a secret is out of the box it´s never getting back in, which gives the slightly brighter human minds time to prove the existence or come up with the proof to discard the existence.

There are always three sides to every story the one angle, the opposite angle, and my angle.

Life is Too Short

But why waste your time proving a point, life is too short.

We all have different and evenly disturbing realities we live in. And as per the serenity prayer, within our own reality, there are some things we can change.

It´s often not by convincing another, but by accepting ourselves. And realizing that the only things we have a little control over are our own actions.

What will we do with that knowledge, will we act on it?
Or discard it?
What do we really want to get out of that one life we have?
Control over others or Happiness for ourselves?

I can be very happy knowing that close to everything in this universe is beyond my control, but not outside of my influence. Our actions can have a huge impact on things we can not control, they can trigger things we are not even aware of.

That makes life sweet at times, bittersweet.

Enough talk for today, maybe I need to write a follow-up because I still would love to talk about control. Because even though I do doubt everything I think we have never been exposed to a level of control as we experience today. But I will leave that on the table, I made my point this morning.

And I don´t want to overwhelm our little brains with too much nonsense on a Lazy Sunday Morning.

Still, I invite you all to think about what you really know for sure in this life.

Damn, this was such a pleasure to return here to.

Both massively appreciate the feedback on the music, and the musings. So much of my stuff has been written in isolation, it’s cool to see the dialogue it sparked and cycle around - all of it totally relevant and worded wonderfully in ways that feel sorta like a completion I wasn’t even aware was needed when made my original post.

for sure, with the orange smoke/skies… that meme (which I also ‘stole’) was merely for contemplation, not to imply the theory as true. I surely had put out stuff like that before with a more dogmatic, aggressive slant as though it would’ve been - though perhaps another mark of maturity, sharing such randoms less frequently without attachment, a bit more playfully, with the honest acknowledgement: who knows… I don’t. Lol.

But why waste your time proving a point, life is too short.

yep. Taken a long time for the wisdom of this one to set in.

And surely there are people whose roles it is to prove certain points… and mad props to their service. Though there’s certainly alot more peace in my own life as no longer trying to prove things the way I used to.

the only positive that comes from (war) is a quick reduction in overpopulation.

I kinda like your objective, optimistic thinking here, as atrocious it might seem from some perspectives. Lol.

Glad to have offered some inspiration, and appreciate the tag so could read this. 🙏🍻

Awesome comment. And it proves my point (no pun intended ) that we often influence things we are not even aware of.
Really enjoyed your music and the musings and how they triggered an interesting train of thought.

And on the stolen Meme, it was clear to me that you were not defining the theory but it allowed such a nice opening to counter theory and proof that I know nothing (and do some research on why smoke could be orange).
