Made a healthy drink: (IAAC) I am Alive and Active challenge: 22nd November 2023
A drink that comprised of healthy mixtures known to not just keep one healthy and strong but help with rejuvenating the reproductive organs, aiding digestion, a good source of protein and a great substitute for milk (especially for the lactose intolerant)
A mixture of tiger nuts, banana, coconut and dates
It is so milky, rich and soothing to drink especially if cooled.
I achieved most of my set out plans today and the few that I have not done. Will round them up through the night when I awaken.
I rested some more this morning from my aching legs and felt such great relief. I braided my sisters hair, engaged on hive and learnt loads then watched a movie whilst lying down.
I finally went tutoring in the evening, got back not quite long ago.
I am alive and grateful . Hope you are too.
