I agree with you, it's a great strategy to delegate work to others, it allows us to be more productive and accomplish more things in less time, plus we get feedback from team work 👍

Yes indeed. The feedback portion is something we always overlook, especially when we prefer to do things ourselves. And often these feedback will unlock greater potential that what we can imagine.
