Haha, I get the struggle, but I still think movement helps more than desperation. Even small steps add up over time.

probably is because of the part of the world you are in now, hunger burn fat faster

Fair point, hunger can definitely push the body to burn fat faster. Still, I think pairing that with some basic movement helps sustain it without crashing hard.
