Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad de @family-friends espero que estéis muy bien. Les deseo el mayor de los éxitos, que todo les sea concedido, que todo sea exitoso, todo se puede lograr, así que ánimo.

Hoy, mis estimados amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, en este hermoso día, les quiero compartir, un pequeño compartir haciendo empanadas de una receta que nos dejó el tío de mi esposa, pero aquí la compartimos con todos, y es que se juntaron muchas cosas para este día, pero créanme que la pasamos muy bien.

Resulta, que esos días el tío estaba por aquí, y también se juntaba que mi hermana y mi sobrina venían a Barquisimeto para un chequeo médico de la niña, y como ella se iba a quedar en casa de las muchachas, hicimos estas empanas para este día y compartir un buen rato.

Pero bueno, Beba nuestra vecina le gusta cocinar, al tío y a mí también, y nos dispusimos hacer toda la preparación para hacer las empanadas, solo iban a hacer de caraotas con queso y tajada y algunas de pollo, la masa la hacemos con un poco de sal y azúcar y le agregamos harina de maíz y un poco de trigo.

Ya teníamos las caraotas, el queso mozzarella y las tajadas listas, y el pollo es mechado también, empezamos a armarlas, duramos un poco porque éramos bastante, pero mientras las hacíamos íbamos hablando y echando cuento y nos estábamos riendo de muchas cosas.

Cuando ya todas estaban listas, el tío nos enseñó a hacer una mayonesa casera, que lleva huevo, cilantro, ajo, sal, limón y aceite vegetal, se bate todo eso en la licuadora y queda muy deliciosa la salsa para acompañar estas empanadas.

También hicimos un jugo de limón, y bueno, nos sentamos para comer esta rica y deliciosas empanadas, junto, con el tío de mi esposa, nuestras vecinas y nuestra hermana y mi sobrina.

La pasamos increíble, riendo y comiendo, espero que esto se vuelva a repetir en otra oportunidad.

Today, my dear friends of this beautiful community, on this beautiful day, I want to share with you, a little sharing making empanadas from a recipe that my wife's uncle left us, but here we share it with everyone, and is that many things came together for this day, but believe me we had a great time.

It turns out, that those days the uncle was here, and also my sister and my niece were coming to Barquisimeto for a medical checkup of the girl, and as she was going to stay at the girls' house, we made these empanas for this day and share a good time.

But well, Beba our neighbor likes to cook, the uncle and me too, and we set out to do all the preparation to make the empanadas, they were only going to be made of beans with cheese and slice and some chicken, we make the dough with a little salt and sugar and add corn flour and a little wheat.

We already had the beans, the mozzarella cheese and the slices ready, and the chicken was also larded, we started to assemble them, it took a while because there were a lot of us, but while we were making them we were talking and telling stories and we were laughing about a lot of things.

When they were all ready, the uncle taught us how to make a homemade mayonnaise, which contains egg, cilantro, garlic, salt, lemon and vegetable oil, we beat all that in the blender and the sauce is very delicious to accompany these empanadas.

We also made a lemon juice, and well, we sat down to eat these delicious empanadas with my wife's uncle, our neighbors, our sister and my niece.

We had an incredible time, laughing and eating, I hope this will happen again another time.
